We had a large group and really enjoyed our dinner there. All staff were friendly and helpful. Sierra was so sweet and kind.

The young man who was working the drive thru had the best customer service I have seen in a long time. He was all smiles and a sweetheart. I gave him a tip!

What really made me write this review was Sierra’s service. I’ve eaten at many Pandas, she had a big beautiful smile and was super kind. Need more people like her!🫶🏼

Went through the drive through got home chicken was black on the outside raw in the middle we called told us they would re make it got the new order sent us home same burnt outside chicken but This time they cut it in small piece so we wouldn’t notice I assume. The beef brocoli was disgusting cold we went back again for a refund. Usually this place is really good but today was unacceptable watch your food from here.

Did a pick up order through their website. They didn’t put my daughters beef and broccoli in her meal just rice. I am pissed. Just a reminder to check my order before driving off. I noticed this location had done this to cub meals. Please tighten up. Some of us do not play about our children.

Im so tired of coming in here and being the only customer or just standing with a few and watching the employees make online orders and to go orders. Why do you never have people working customers who dine in? If you are that busy you guys need to hire some people.

This panda (store 1715) is one of the rudest restaurants I've been to. Customer Service here needs attention as clearly attention to customer is not the best especially towards military families. One of the females might be have a bad day, but there is no reason to take it on a Customer. They seem overworked and not motivated. And getting side eyes from them is uncomfortable for me and my family. This place needs to be looked over and fined out the reason why this is happening. I've never gotten a response from Panda before and I don't expect to get one. It's not always about money it's how you treat others with respect and money cant buy that.

The service was amazing this girl sierra she helped me out lot put me on to one of those drinks in there she was very helpful she cut the teriyaki meat good overall the visit was good and the food was fresh

My family and I normally eat here. There was a guy with long hair fixing our food. We ate it for lunch with no problem. We can back later to our fridge to have the left overs as dinner, and we found hair in the Teriyaki chicken box. As well as my husband’s plate that we had already started eating. We’re so grossed out. Please please go over proper food handling with your employees. It’s extremely serious!
