Worst Papa John's pizza I've ever had. Never buying from this location again only going to Belton. My pizza had no cheese distribution in the middle. The dough was flat, didn't rise much, which means the yeast is dying not producing more gas/bubbles. Low quality standards to use the old dough... Very disappointed after a long day was looking forward to my pizza.

I ordered a large pizza from the store on knights way in harker heights. After nearly 2 hours I called the store to check on it and was told the driver couldn’t find my house. And she was going to void my order and she hung up on me. No attempt at fixing my order just the worst customer service ever. And she laughed as she hung up on me. Do better Papa John’s. I wound up calling little ceasers and received my food quickly

Literally THREE employees looked at me when I walked in and all went back to what they were doing (conversing with one another). I waited over 5 minutes to pick up my pizza that was sitting on the shelf behind the counter when I walked in. It was NOT busy (only me in there with the 3 employees). I love Papa John's but the service here sucks.

Pizza was ready for pickup extremely fast, especially for a Friday evening. When I walked in the staff was quick to acknowledge me and ensure my order was correct. Everyone looked hard at work and the place was clean despite it being a rushed time. The pizza was perfectly cooked, cut well, and tasted great.
