Im not sure what happened to Papa John's. The crust was flat and burnt and just was not made with love. BTW I did not order thin crust. Im officially done with Papa John's. Such a sad statement for me because I have always loved their pizza. Welp! Pizza Hut pan pizza it is.

We buy from them every friday. My first order was dry and cold so they had to remake it. Managemers are very nice.I even called them to pay for the extra wings they sent but was told to keep it, only to open my food and realized that the door dash delivery guy dropped my pizza before delivery. I won't call them for another replacement. At this moment I'm done.

Went to one store and called other stores in the area. None of them knew anything about a new crust pizza being offered for free from 12 - 2 today. Horrible. We did not order because of lack of knowledge!

Worst Papa John's pizza I've ever had. Never buying from this location again only going to Belton. My pizza had no cheese distribution in the middle. The dough was flat, didn't rise much, which means the yeast is dying not producing more gas/bubbles. Low quality standards to use the old dough... Very disappointed after a long day was looking forward to my pizza.

I ordered a large pizza from the store on knights way in harker heights. After nearly 2 hours I called the store to check on it and was told the driver couldn’t find my house. And she was going to void my order and she hung up on me. No attempt at fixing my order just the worst customer service ever. And she laughed as she hung up on me. Do better Papa John’s. I wound up calling little ceasers and received my food quickly

Literally THREE employees looked at me when I walked in and all went back to what they were doing (conversing with one another). I waited over 5 minutes to pick up my pizza that was sitting on the shelf behind the counter when I walked in. It was NOT busy (only me in there with the 3 employees). I love Papa John's but the service here sucks.
