I found this long, curly body hair underneath the cheese near the crust. I know it’s not my hair. This is disgusting! March 16, 2025, Sunday morning/afternoon, for an order in the Harker Heights area I'm not the customer, it was a large order for a Sunday gathering after church service, but I needed to share this important information.

They sent me the wrong pizza and when I called to complain they brushed me off with a unfortunately I’m sorry but there’s nothing we can do speech because it was delivered at closing time so I was very unhappy with papa John’s I won’t order online ever again with them they suck

Pizza was ready for pickup extremely fast, especially for a Friday evening. When I walked in the staff was quick to acknowledge me and ensure my order was correct. Everyone looked hard at work and the place was clean despite it being a rushed time. The pizza was perfectly cooked, cut well, and tasted great.

Can’t beat a good deal on great pizza. I paid $25 for one large 1-topping and one medium 3-topping pizza (check the local deals online) which are “second cup of cheese” delicious and come with garlic sauce and a pepper included. I really like that because other pizza spots are charging for even just parmesan and red pepper flakes lately. Also location is good for me so I always pickup. Perfect for a weekend meal with leftovers.
I'd have to say 98% of my orders come out correct and great. Had a few hiccups when I ordered wings and sometimes got the wrong order but it was always corrected in some way to make up for the accident and inconvenience. Probably because I tip around 20-25%

Listen I normally Love Love Love Papa John's. This location to be exact! The staff is normally always friendly and up beat and most of them would recognize me because I am here a lot as it's my daughter's favorite spot. With all of that being said this past Thursday I sent my son in to get the pizza (we always do carryout because of the $8.99 special) and when he comes home he tells me the pizza was $76 ?. Ok nooo let me call... In the middle of my daughter's party.. so I get the call center and explain, he is very understanding and explains no just go back and we will adjust that because I am looking and they are $8.99. He transfers me to the Heights location and I explain again. This guy is so rude and nasty and I am explaining to him how this is a easy fit and he is like no you want me to take these pizzas back refund your money make new pizzas and charge you a discounted price that's a lot. YALL ALL I WANTED WAS FOR HIM TO ADJUST THE PRICE! He said drive back here and bring the pizzas because if you touched them I can't refund your money. WE HADN'T but wanted to keep the same pizzas because we were in the middle of my daughter's party and didn't want to wait. We get there he is a heavy set white guy (maybe a different nationality) glasses and a mean mug on his face but no name on his name tag. He refunds the money and I purchase the exact same pizzas at $8.99 after he opens every single box to make sure they are untouched. UNBELIEVABLE. He had an employee prepping to make 4 new pizzas and tells her don't worry about making those with an attitude. The point of this review is to say DO BETTER! NOT to say don't go there because the food is amazing and the staff is normally great! I just need Corporate or whoever is over the employees to have a conversation with this guy about customer service.
