Original review was 1 star due to 3 incorrect sandwichs however I've changed to 5 stars because they handled the issue very kindly and remade our food they weren't rude at all and that's great service right there thank you very much.

Every time I visit here, the staff has GREAT vibes, on top of the amazing food they serve. Anytime there's been even a slight inconvenience, these guys have gone above and beyond to show that they care about and value their customers. They'd get 10 stars from me If it was possible.

The restaurant smelled amazing 👏 😍 🙌 The moment I walked in it made me hungrier which is not a bad thing at all! The place was clean and cozy ✨️
The seating is great for people of all sizes.
The server was so very pleasant and listened to my concerns. She really works so well with the other staf that made it all so fast and comfortable.
The food was amazing 👏 I got the #3 giant size and I had lunch for work the next day as well. Worth the money!!
Everything was fresh and clean tasting 😋 👌
10/10 recommend over firehouse or subway.

Well started out a little rough in the drive thru. I had problems being heard. Tech what can you do sometimes. Well I was told to go to the window, so I did. I started asking some complicated questions and decided to go inside to allow the customer behind me to get that delicious food.

Now inside was like night to day. The sun came up and it was a totally different visit. I ordered the NEW CHEESY MEAL DEAL with a Chicken Bacon Smokecheesy, Small Mac & Cheese and a medium ice cold beverage. I added onions, lettuce and tomatoes to the sandwich. WOW JUST WOW. Rhe food was on point. Service was top notch. The sandwich and the cheesy Mac got brought to my table. They gave me a hot giant Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll free for the trouble. They didn't have to do that but, hats off to them. The manager on duty was very knowledgeable. The inside was nice and clean. But the food, yeah that delicious or ddeelliicciioouuss.....food. It was great. I recommend this location and that meal deal. See my pictures.... CRAM it hit the spot.

NASTY Manager (BTW with crumbs on his lips) TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD NOT TKAE A GIFT CARD (OK). SO I GO TO GET CASH FROM MY WALLET AND I HEARD "HIM SAY THERES A SIGN ON THE DOOR"! NO YOUR SIGN ON THE DOOR SAYS "OUR CREDIT CARD MACHINE IS PROCESSING SLOWLY; PLEASE BE PATIENT. I SAID EXCUSE ME?? I CAN READ AND I READ YOUR SIGN. IT SAYS NOTHING ABOUT GIFT CARDS. HE WAS RUDE I LET HIM KNOW HE COULD KEEP HIS FOOD AND I WONT BE BACK. WATCH HOW YOU TALK TO PEPOLE! ID GIVE ZERO STARS IF THAT WERE AN OPTION!! I CHOOSE TO SPEND MY MONEY WHERE PEOPLE ARE NICE TO CUSTOMERS AND RESPECTFUL.

I came in today to pick up my food. However I saw there was FRESH cinnamon rolls and I asked the guy “ Tre “ ( he has on orange shirt with black beanie on his head ) can I get that one instead and he said “ no I’m not giving you those u can get the ones in the back “ the ones in the back looked terrible as if they was sitting there all day. He then walked off. I asked several times in can I have my order not knowing where to get it from as it was my first time. He was VERY RUDE by ignoring me and acting as if I wasn’t there. When I asked to speak to a General manager he would not give me that info and stated he was a manager. I also called and he would not transfer me. I don’t even want my food anymore because of him. That was very unnecessary and you should never serve customers old food !

This is to be a great place for a sandwich now you have to wait 1 hour in drive thru for your order that was placed online when we got to the window the person gives me an attitude about being busy no excuses people save your money don't go here
