Parking: Difficult to get up and down the steep hill without scratching the bottom of your car but plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: The inside is wheelchair accessible but the door to the building does not have a button and is difficult to open and get in.

This was my first time ever going to a Shipley's and I was not disappointed. I went to get 2 dozen assorted donuts for a promotion ceremony. The workers were very kind and the donuts were very fresh and delicious.

Hey, Owner, you need to fire your entire staff and start over. Whatever you're doing isn't working. Like I said, fire them all and start over with a new staff. Come to think ? maybe the entire problem is you. Shipleys Corp should SHUT YOU DOWN. Take away your business.

By far the worst Shipley's I've visited. First: Food: I had the apple fritter and wife had the bear claw. Both of us took our first bite and immediately grimmaced at the same time. I said, "What's wrong, does your's taste funny too?" Then both of us decided it must be something like OLD grease being used for the frying. Rather than complain, we just decided never to return to this location.Next: Service: What Service? They stand behind a counter and ask what you want. Theyn they have the nerve to put a TIP JAR on the counter. I'm offended by that. After a lifetime of growing up in the food service industry I find it as an insult to every server who actually WORKS for their tips. If you want tips, go get a job where you have to SERVE the customer.Last: Atmosphere: Place is too small to have tables and have a line of people waiting at the counter for their order. What happens is someone's BUTT is in your face while you're sitting and trying eat. It is also too small to have some old deaf codger behind the counter trying to carry on a conversation at the top of his voice with a patron at a table in the corner. It's disruptive to any common decency much less my digestive system.Sorry, you asked for a rating and you got it. This isn't rocket science and if your manager replys with an appology and personal email wanting to know more, I'm going to ask for $100/hour consultation fees. You should be able to spot and correct these types of problems without help from novice customers. If you can't, corp. should replace you with someone who can.

The worst kolaches I ever had. Nothing inside of them. Total rip off!

Kolaches! Need I say more? If you haven’t tried one, you’re missing out.

It's alright. The employees aren't welcoming or helpful at all. It makes going there very uncomfortable. As usual management seems to be lacking and severely needs to step in. The customer experience goes a long way. The donuts are okay but I don't go rushing there for them really.

So I purchased 12 dozen donuts and two kolache’s for this location. I found a hair on my donut. I call the company and told them what I found. I was told that I can get a refund on my order or my entire order would be replace. When I arrived the next day the story had change and nobody remembered what was told to me. Nobody in this place was where a hair net either. Really will not be coming back here.

Shirley's has THE BEST donuts of all. Love how light and crisp they are while being super yummy.

I grew up in Central Texas and have always been a fan of Shipleys. Unfortunately, the past few times we've visited, we've noticed the donuts are just ok. Our favorite used to be the glazed cream filled. Not sure why, but they barely add any filling. Is the filling hard to make and they're trying to use less? Their apple fritters used to be amazing too and now aren't as good as before. Ah well I'll take this as a sign that we shouldn't be eating donuts ?

First time I have ever been to a Shipley's. Was an amazing experience. Delicious fresh baked doughnuts. The employee Xavier needs a raise for his outstanding costumer service.
