Ordered a blended Root Beer float only to be told they don’t serve it anymore and per the menu they don’t offer Root Beer floats either. That just ended our Sonic experiences, as we no longer need to NOT get floats with our meals. Bye.
Honestly, this location is hit or miss. I just go for the drink happy hour and I’ve had my drink order messed up several times. I’m sure it’s because happy hour is a busy time. They are always fast and friendly though. But maybe slow down a bit so less mistakes are made.
Today was different. Maybe new managers running the shift? But we are impressed. An online order and it was delivered as soon as I checked in. Usually it's taken over 6-7 Mins once checked in. Great job today. Please keep it up! I'll return if its great fast service like today. Thank you!
