Poor customer service. I waited for over 20 mins after my order was supposed to be ready. I asked for an eta and the employee looked at me and asked another customer what they needed.

Just had a great experience at the Harker Heights Starbucks! Sam brought out my drink and even opened two umbrellas to give us some shade outside, which was super thoughtful. Adia brought out my sandwich, and both of them were so kind and helpful. I know they can’t always do that when it’s busy, but I really appreciated the extra effort. It made my visit that much better!

I’m honestly shocked and extremely disappointed by what I experienced today (July 15, 2025) at the Starbucks inside the Harker Heights Target. While waiting for my drink, multiple employees were loudly gossiping about a coworker, using foul and highly inappropriate language — all in front of customers, including young children. It was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and frankly, disturbing to witness in a public setting.

As if that weren’t bad enough, I ordered a drink with almond milk due to a lactose intolerance — a dietary restriction I clearly stated — and was still given regular milk. This isn’t just an innocent mistake; it’s a health risk. If I hadn’t noticed, I could’ve ended up seriously ill.

There is absolutely no excuse for this level of carelessness and unprofessional behavior. Starbucks and Target both need to take this seriously — customers deserve a safe, respectful environment, not one where staff are gossiping like it’s a high school hallway and failing to meet basic food safety standards.

I hope corporate and local management investigate and address this immediately. This was completely unacceptable.

I usually go to the store but sometimes I doordash recently I doordashed and when it got here half of my coffee was spilled in the bottom bag I called the Starbucks staff and they went above and beyond to help make sure that, that did not happen again even though it wasn't their fault.
Plus they are always super friendly. Very bubbly atmosphere.

Brought my personal cup through drive with my own creamer (I told them I had my own creamer) for a drip coffee. My cup was clean and it had a white creamer in the bottom.
They poured it out!! Gave me my coffee black! She stated that she thought it was old coffee? How? It was white and the cup was clean! I was so upset. Why wouldn’t she have asked???
She tried to make up for it by adding creamer but never poured out coffee to add cream so I couldn’t add my lid!
Coffee is so important to some people who are avid drinkers. It makes my morning better if im having a hard time. Asking questions for the guests is so vital sometimes. It can make for break if a customer returns.
Always double check if a guest wants their cup rinsed or not. :(
