Service was okay if you discount the young lady wearing spandex shorts as part of her uniform, and having to keep pulling the legging part down. Then they are out of eggs, didn't offer to get more... how are you open 24 hours and run out of ingredients not even half way thru!!!

We got FOOD POISONING from this location from the workers on March 7, 2025 at 7-7:30pm. No sense of hygiene here and employees kids running around the store and inside the kitchen! They won’t answer their phone so leaving a review here.

Went in and was waiting over 10 minutes while the employee prioritized organizing the bread, service was horrible. Customers should be served and out the door. Not waiting for an employee to do something that could had been done once ALL customers were taking care of.

Food was cold, My kid had a hair in his sandwich, When reached out, they acted like they were resolved a matter of all the sandwiches being messed up then when I got there, I’m guessing this was the manager. She was rude as hell. I tried to keep Things discreet, but she wanted me to talk in front of all the customers that were inside of the building, which I find that to be bad customer service. I will never order from this place again…

Customer service stinks, they Grey eyed lady needs customer service training, she's rude and act like she's having a BAD DAY everytime I'm in that restaurant. She chose to work at Subway.

Sometimes his place is good sometimes it's not. It actually is open 24 hours so that's convenient if you get hungry the middle of the night. But they have some staff members that really shouldn't work there. Over all though you can still get us up with some patience.

If I could give ZERO STARSi would! After standing in line for five minutes without being acknowledged at all a woman employee comes out from the back of the store and says “where did all of you come from?” “Jesus Christ I don’t want to do this.” “I just want to go home” completely unprompted. There was one person in line ahead of me and my husband and one person in line behind us. As she continued to mumble and complain my husband and I just turned around and left. No apology or acknowledgment of her behavior. Feel very upset that just our presence was that off putting for her to treat us this way. Very unfortunate.

Staff is combative and rude when asking for sandwiches. If it didn’t have the subway name there is no way this location would say in business. Said to see customer service is not something Subway teaches. I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else than come to this location.

There’s a person named Cam don’t know his last name, but I think he is the only person there that actually cares my order was completely wrong. I called up there and told them and he was completely respectful and. And remade the food for me after I brought the receipt back up there the five stars are for his kindness, respectfulness and sense of urgency and customer service. I have not met anyone there and all of my three years of being in Harker Heights that seem to care as much as he did whatever they’re paying him they should double it
