I was in the drive through and the lady was being quite obnoxious branding me because I asked for a drink for the happy hour and she said what size and I said normal and she raised her voice saying what size again and I said however it comes for the happy hour

The service was sooooo horrible I had cold hard fries I asked for fresh ones and threw my bag away because they woman at the register said throw it away they will give me fresh food. I threw it away and when I received my bag only fries were in the bag I asked for the cheese as well. The woman with red hair and face piercing yelled at me and said You Said The Fries! I replied back I was told to throw it away and she yelled back why would you throw it away and the other young girl at the front with low bun made a comment and said that doesn’t make sense why would you throw it away and laughed and walked off. At that point I was irritated and ready to go I wish I would’ve asked for manager but the customer service sucks they rush you and get mad when they make a mistake. They all need to be fired and replaced and not work if they’re not going to be nice and communicate effectively. Will not be coming back at all so sad it’s just tacobell why be rude.

Ordered 2 crunchy taco supremes which I didn't get and extra beef in a regular crunchy taco (charged me for it) but didn't get. Called the store, it rang eight times and then someone hung up. I went back and told them and they said no problem. They handed me the bag, I drove home and when I opened my taco supreme there was only a regular taco, no sour creme! Wow, how hard can it be? The woman at the window was super nice and apologetic but she only handed me the bag. She didn't make the tacos but she bears the brunt of frustration! It is not fair. The person that just made my food could not even make 2 taco supremes. I am very disappointed but not suprised. No one wants to do their job or acknowledge their mistakes, they just want their check! Makes me sad to see what we accept today as ok because some person may get offended for being told to just "do their job". Have some pride in yourself. Strive to do better, always!

Just rude, they talk down to people and get an attitude when you ask for something. I watch them do this to other before doing it to myself.

I wouldn’t say we were regulars, but every once in a while, we used to stop by Taco Bell for a quick meal, especially when on the road. It’s been some time since we’ve last went, and I must say that we were very disappointed with our visit on Monday late afternoon. I acknowledge that all restaurants, including fast food places, must deal with rising prices, and unfortunately as prices go up, serving sizes seem to go down. We were shocked at how much Taco Bell has changed and really feel at this point; it is not good value for your money. Plus, outstanding customer service can go a long way in helping a restaurant, but it really didn’t seem like the people working at this location were happy with their job and we didn’t feel valued as a customer. When we asked the woman taking our order if the new dipping burritos were good, she told us that she didn’t know, because she doesn’t eat it.

I got the Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito Combo, that comes with a Beef Taco and a large drink in addition to the burrito. The combo is almost $10, and you would have to spend an extra 90 cents to get a taco supreme, which I didn’t do. The burrito was basically the same size as the taco, and it was mostly just tortilla with very little filling. The taco had a little meat with some questionable lettuce and a pinch of cheese. My wife got the Discovery Luxe Box with Steak Cheesy Dipping Burritos. Again, the small burritos were mostly tortilla with very little filling and her tacos were just as disappointing as mine was. I included photos so you can decide for yourself.

I’m sure that the fast-food business is tough, but in my opinion, Taco Bell has cut a lot of corners when it comes to food quantity, and it’s no longer worth the money. I hope this is a local problem at this Harker Heights store, but we won’t be trying any others to compare. Sadly, we are done with Taco Bell.

Old lady at the drive through was rude. And when I asked for a cup of ice she gave me 1/3 cup of ice and acted like I was bothering her, then she got my oder wrong and I asked her nicely if she could make it a steak cantina bowl and she argued with me... also I got not even 5 prices of steak to go in the bowl. Wth? I spent 9 dollars for it and it's not even gonna feel me up. Don't go here when that lady is working she will screw you then argue. 0 stars

I recently visited the Taco Bell in Harker Heights, and I was extremely disappointed. The main issue was the lack of sauce. I ordered several items, and none of them came with the sauce packets I specifically requested. Without the sauce, the food was bland and dry. It really ruined the whole experience for me. I hope they can address this issue, but until then, I can't recommend this location. If they don’t respect their customers , I’d rather they’d be upfront about it. Thankfully the Taco Bell I frequent has given extra in the past so I will ensure they get all the love attention and gratuity they deserve. I hope you get a mystery shopper tomorrow and Burger King buys out your vacant property after you inevitably get shut down

Took almost 15 minutes just to place my order. Once someone came to the front, she seamed exactly upset the I was there. The owner really should rethink who’s managing this store.

I'm so happy that I spent 40 dollars on a half assed order in literally every aspect. Can't wait to eat my GRILLED CHEESE steak burrito, with NO GRILLED CHEESE. Also cannot wait to eat my Cheesy DIPPING burrito with NO DIP. Also can't forget the geniuses that put a seal on the lid that seals JUST THE STRAW HOLE but doesn't go far enough down to secure the whole drink so it then proves completely useless just like it was to put plastic on the keypad and not replace it per customer during covid. I love how well ran it is. Like they found the dumbest person possible off the street and said "YOURE NOW A MANAGER". The prices went up and the portions went down.

My family and I went here today about 1330, picked this location because it's close to our home. We had the most awful customer service and the food was terribly made. no tomatoes on the Mexican pizza and the cinna stix had no sugar or cinnamon on them. Tasted fried and that was it. The cashier had a very negative demeanor. The manager on duty seemed to be overwhelmed with even the smallest inconvenience. Hope others have a more posative experience.

Rude employees. Bad experience, I made an online order only to arrive to 15 cars in line of the drive thru. I called inside the store that had no one inside. The woman who answers tells me to wait in line cuz it’s fast… so after waiting 35 min to get my food I get a cold wrong order. I will never come to this location again!
