Love this place… the drinks and desserts are awesome… it’s very welcoming they’re very friendly.

Been here 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Every drink I’ve tasted was yummy. I ordered my friend a caramel coffee frappe and she liked it.

Atmosphere and service was exceptional. I can taste the coffee which is great. However a quarter of the cup was sugar!!! Got a big slush when I took my first sip it was not good.

Super cute spot. Went there for coffee and a waffle with a friend during the week in the morning. Wasnt busy at all very relaxed atmosphere and the service was great , coffee tastes it amazing and so did the waffle. 10/10 recommend 😊

I don’t really know where to begin. I ordered the tteopokki with cheese thinking it would be rice cakes and a thicker gochujang sauce stir fried & mixed with cheese. I was pretty scared when it was served to me because it was nothing like I was expecting. It smelled like fish and as someone with a shellfish allergy I was REALLY worried.

After talking to the staff my husband and I were reassured that there was NOT any shellfish in the dish but fish cakes…? Nowhere on the in-person OR online menu does it say that the tteopokki has fish cakes in it so I was taken aback. I gave it a try and… each individual ingredient is good? But together is very strange.

The broth is a sweet, rich, and slightly spicy. The fish cakes have a good texture and have an odd sweetness to them. The rice cakes are good rice cakes with good texture but no flavor. The cheese felt too strange because of the fishy taste in the dish.

I’ve never had a soup-like or fish tasting Tteok-bokki and have had a lot of Tteok-bokki before. I wasn’t expecting the staff to say “it’s usually served this way” either considering I’ve never had it served to me as a soup. My husband has also had the dish before and been to Korea a few times & has never experienced this dish being soup like or with fish cakes either.

I ended up ordering the beef and ox bone soup as a replacement and was just as confused and disappointed. A clear broth ramen noodle soup that tasted bland and more like chicken. Very boring. I guess I shouldn’t be expecting anything authentic to Korean food but I still felt like it was a waste of money and time for the meals.

The drinks we had were good! That’s the only compliment I can give in all honesty but there’s other places with better boba and more extensive options for drinks so, this place is one we won’t be back to.

The drinks are fantastic, but the food is a bit of a letdown. The Gom Tang was bland and tasted more like chicken than beef. The tteokokki was served in a soup broth base with the rice cakes AND fish cakes, which was a bit odd since the menu photo implied they would be served separately in a sauce. If you’re planning to come here solely for the drinks, it’s fine, but don’t expect much from the food.

The chai latte with cream cheese foam on top!!! You can thank me later!! Cozy area with great staff!

I have stopped by about 20 times at the Harker Heights location and ordered drinks to take with me to work. The drinks were delicious, but there's not a lot of attention given to what I ordered. I had ordered mango and received watermelon. Twice I had ordered and paid for boba in my tea and there was none. I think I will need to find a better location.

The place is great but your menu is AWFUL. So disjointed and disorganized. Please ? hire someone to create a beautiful congruent menu with consistent color font and design elements that makes sense. It will help your business appear professional and reliable as well as make you more money by allowing people to order much easier. Your menu should be as visually pleasing as your food and drink for the same reasons.

I ordered two drinks . I forgot my punch card in my car so I went to grab it and have it punched before I got my drinks . The cashier seemed like she was irritated when I brought it up to her . I was going to get my drinks and one of them was made wrong . She asked if I wanted the one messed up remade , I said yes and she instantly seemed irritated . I’ve come here numerous times and everyone is always so friendly .im really not sure what the issue was today. I’ve never had this kind of experience from the one on rancier . I understand mistakes happen and that’s not the problem ,it’s the clear irritation that I saw from two different employees .

the boba is always good but the customer service is always bad. we came in and ordered our regular drinks and when our drinks were ready she didn’t give us or ask if we needed a cup holder and left the drinks there for us to grab on the whole other side of the counter. she just stood there reading her book not saying anything after. we just left and laughed about it but i won’t be going there anymore because the teenage girls are just so rude. idk if they think being rude to customers is the new cool but it just makes ppl not want to go back. i know they are just teenagers but they need to know that what brings customers back is the good service!
