I have stopped by about 20 times at the Harker Heights location and ordered drinks to take with me to work. The drinks were delicious, but there's not a lot of attention given to what I ordered. I had ordered mango and received watermelon. Twice I had ordered and paid for boba in my tea and there was none. I think I will need to find a better location.

The place is great but your menu is AWFUL. So disjointed and disorganized. Please ? hire someone to create a beautiful congruent menu with consistent color font and design elements that makes sense. It will help your business appear professional and reliable as well as make you more money by allowing people to order much easier. Your menu should be as visually pleasing as your food and drink for the same reasons.

I ordered two drinks . I forgot my punch card in my car so I went to grab it and have it punched before I got my drinks . The cashier seemed like she was irritated when I brought it up to her . I was going to get my drinks and one of them was made wrong . She asked if I wanted the one messed up remade , I said yes and she instantly seemed irritated . I’ve come here numerous times and everyone is always so friendly .im really not sure what the issue was today. I’ve never had this kind of experience from the one on rancier . I understand mistakes happen and that’s not the problem ,it’s the clear irritation that I saw from two different employees .

the boba is always good but the customer service is always bad. we came in and ordered our regular drinks and when our drinks were ready she didn’t give us or ask if we needed a cup holder and left the drinks there for us to grab on the whole other side of the counter. she just stood there reading her book not saying anything after. we just left and laughed about it but i won’t be going there anymore because the teenage girls are just so rude. idk if they think being rude to customers is the new cool but it just makes ppl not want to go back. i know they are just teenagers but they need to know that what brings customers back is the good service!

My favorite boba place in all of the 254, i love their brown sugar tapioca and as weird as it sounds you guys definitely need to try the avocado boba, in a smoothie or a milk tea!

UPDATE: The white girl wearing glasses with short blonde hair behind the counter screamed so loud at me that my 5 year old son who was using the restroom heard her. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE! Her behavior is extremely unprofessional and intolerable. I have spent so much money at that store and now I regret every dollar. I regret bringing my 4 - and 5 year old children there as they were terrified by the employee's rage and outbursts. The girl has zero self controll and needs to find a different career as customer service is not for her. She's better off working in a kitchen doing dishes than dealing with customers as she has completely ruined this business's reputation.P.S. I seriously hope the store owner reviews the cameras and fires that crazy girl.------ORIGINAL REVIEW:Every time I come here, the high-school girls that work behind the counter are rude with attitudes. Today will be the last time I spend my money here. The employees need to be trained how to treat customers, how to add simple addition, smile, and not roll or cut their eyes.

Great waffle I had. But the portion was so small I felt like I needed at LEAST 2 more, it was that delicious. Although they were out of their original boba they still offered popping boba. I did ask for strawberries to be added to my waffle which was an extra charge but didn't receive it.

Decided to give this place a try this afternoon, stood by the counter for like 5 mins without being acknowledged, lady in front keep looking at me and kept doing what she was doing. The energy felt like when you walk in to a shop right after closing and everything is quiet and the workers seem annoyed, She didn’t even say hi so I walked out. Was very excited to try as I heard good reviews but oh well
