i have been coming here for years and i love love love their smoothies and food every single time i come ! the customer service has taken a huge dip. i waited in line at the drive thru today for 40 minutes and i was only # 3 (and then #2 when someone left in line!) multiples cars ahead/ behind me left the line due to the long wait. during this entire wait, i did not see them open the window once to update or say anything regarding the extremely ling wait. i watched 3 people go in and come out with smoothies during this time… that’s really frustrating as you should be able to handle both drive thru and inside customers at a reasonable time. i do not like leaving poor reviews but this is something that makes or breaks the customer experience and i will no longer be coming back to this location for awhile.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through for a Baja chicken wrap poorly made with no chicken and a smoothie that wasn’t completely blended. Only reason I give the second star is the kid at the window was nice and seemed to be trying his best at giving great customer service

The smoothies are usually good but I don't recommend any of the food. The food is very overpriced and inconsistent, considering what you're getting (see photo). I also don't appreciate being treated like a gig worker when I order through the official app. I can't tell you how many times I've been asked to provide a nonexistent confirmation before they even bothered to look at my order.

I love this place but the Service has gotten so bad. They never have workers and the Computers or online app is always day and my smoothie have been very watery lately
they forgot to make my order, very unorganized, taking more orders than they making

If I could give a negative review I would yall gave my man food poisoning!! He had a chicken wrap and some corn and was sick an hour later!!! This man never gets sick now he's hanging over a toilet absolutely ridiculous

Do not go to the one on fort Hood road they take 20 minutes 30 minutes one time I sat there outside waiting for my order I went inside and they didn't even realize my order was not even started they suck this one here in harker heights is awesome very nice employees they
do a great job and make your smoothies in a timely manner thank you

I went through the drive through this morning and waited quite a while at the menu to be asked for my order. After I gave my order, I then waited an extremely long time at the window without being acknowledged. Eventually the lady at the window finally proceeds to inform me that they do not have the side that I wanted (sweet potatoes) and I asked what alternatives there were. She explained that they have the chile corn, apple, etc. I have had dental surgery and expressed that I did not want something “hot” as in spicy, like the chile corn, or hard such as an apple, and asked if I could get just the quesadilla. She explained that they did not have a way to ring up just the quesadilla and then proceeded to get an attitude about how sweet potatoes are hot, as if my reasoning did not make sense. Ma’am I meant spicy. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I am here to order food not argue. I am not one to ever call someone out about rude treatment but this was not acceptable. This is not my first negative experience here. She then proceeded to say “well I already made your food.” I have worked in customer service management for over 9 years and know that you have an issue at this establishment with employee hygiene and attitudes and it needs to be addressed.

We use to love this place. Lately, it's like nobody is working the drive thru. I literally was the only person in the drive thru and they didn't take my order mins 8 mins. I just left. This place now has the worst service and wait times are getting ridiculous. I am losing faith in this franchise. Somebody needs to get this place together. Don't waste your time going here.

I used to love this place, from over a year I keep giving it a chance and the one on Killeen also and it keeps getting worst. Today at 9am I ordered and after I pay the employee informed me “I’m the only one here so is gonna take long” we tried to get his attention and couldn’t so we walked inside to tell him to cancel the order, we ordered smoothies and food and we already waited 15 minutes and he was just finishing the smoothies. We took the smoothies and got refunded the food. Him being alone is not on him is on the owner Christina, you have two locations and both have decline in customer service and quality of food. Plus the employee was sweating everywhere with very poor hygiene to be working in a food place. Sadly not a place I will go back when it was one of my favorite.
If you like waiting, even when the place is empty, this is your place.
Wait times have been repeatedly mentioned in reviews for past 3 months, no change as I type this up waiting in drive thru. 24 min a counting, save the typical (insert name) blanket response to my review...just DO Better!!!

Was ignored when waiting to order at the register. Employees were walking back and forth busy doing nothing not acknowledging that I was there. Finally I had to just yell out "Can I get some help here." To get their attention. There was no one in the building except for me.

I’ve been a tropical smoothie cafe customer for a while now and the last few orders I have placed through this specific location were just not right. No one is ever ready to greet you or assist you right away. The floor is always sticky and wet. You have to wait for someone to acknowledge you each single time but worst of it all, the food I paid for wasn’t what I ordered in the first place. No one even contacted me to inform me they were out of certain ingredients. Terrible customer service !!! Very unsatisfying and upsetting experience !
