A quick thank you to Jasmine, just left the store for a quick purchase. Literally shop here several times a week and never so much as get a hello. She was super friendly, actually carried on a conversation, was polite and happy. Such a nice change from the norm! Good hire mgmt! And thanks Jasmine! Please hire more like her. It makes a difference for locals shopping there.

Not a single worker to be found. Several people in line with full carts of groceries and there isn't a single cashier in the store. Three self checkouts only. Lines are backed up all over the place. I won't every be back to this location.

First, they never have enough checkers open, it's all self service now and Walmart being cheap cutting back on associates. The checkers they do have, talk and yell across lanes to each other while checking out customers without even acknowledging customers, I agree with other posters they act like they're on break. Secondly! DOGS inside the store! A few days ago while shopping I counted 5! 5! This is not petco. It's beyond unsanitary, disgusting, and the health department should get involved. These were not service dogs, just pets. I heard other customers in a shock and complaining as well. I asked an associate why they were let in and she said they're not allowed to tell people no. I'm sorry?! What?! This is the last time I shop here, the last thing I want is dog hair and slobber on my food. Not to mention how wrong it is to expose other shoppers when they may be allergic.

Always have to check my self out and the customer service is horrible. Every once in a while you may find someone That enjoys working here.

This Walmart deserves ZERO stars. They don't understand how coupons work. This is the only Walmart in 10 different states that I have a problem with. The clerks are not trained. The checkout manager is stubborn and needs to be re-trained. The manager needs to be replaced if they allow such incompetency at their store. Go up the street and shop at the main Walmart. I haven't had a problem like this in over 3 years.....and that happened at this same store. Avoid this store and you will be happier. By the way, all my coupons scanned correctly and I purchased all my items after a 10 minute argument with the Walmart staff. However, it seems that the Walmart checkout staff think they are smarter than the Walmart software and Walmart registers and the companies that provide coupon software. Walmart clerks need to just scan the coupons and let the computers do the thinking. Maybe the earlier review was correct. Fire all the employees and start over with some fresh brains. PS...the picnic table area from a previous review seems to be the employee smoking area. They took away two prime parking spots for the employees to smoke. They should be smoking in the back of the store.

The whole damn staff needs to be fired to include the store manager. The customer service lady what rude and had an attitude and is in real need of adjustment. The checkers (the few that there were) might as well have been on smoke break with how slow they were.I am pretty sure that if they were any slower they would literally be standing still with their thumbs up their a##. Never coming back to this location. This visit is a prime example of why HEB is growing.

Check the dates on everything! So much of their product is expired. They don't carry the same grocery items as the larger Walmart which is really aggravating. It's nice how convenient this store is and that it's smaller but it's almost pointless between expired product and lack thereof. A couple of the employees are very nice and friendly but most have an attitude problem, no customer service skills and make checking out very uncomfortable. If you are a female, be careful where you park because there are always sketchy people near the picnic table. I have heard about females being approached by the same sketchy men. On that note, be aware when inside the store as well. I was by myself and walking around shopping and a couple of the obnoxious employees who were cleaning kept following me from behind and being loud with one another. And no, this was not any effort to prevent theft. They were being your typical ghetto good for nothing idiot kids who think it's okay to be rude and inappropriate to a female. I didn't even get everything I needed because of how uncomfortable this was. The pharmacy people are actually very helpful and nice to deal with. Customer service seems to only be friendly if you're a black person. Otherwise, how dare you even come here. It's beyond ridiculous. If you don't like your job, that's your problem. Don't take it out on the customer. It's also extremely annoying that there is almost always someone out front soliciting. Can't walk in or out without being bothered. This is one place where it does not pay to be friendly and courteous to others or the employees (like I said except for a few and I'm sure that would be obvious once seeing them).

Convenient when you need last minute items or just a few items. Employees are very helpful and pleasant. I left my change in the self check out & an associate saw it quickly and returned it to me. I appreciate his watchfulness.

The first impression I had about this location the minute I realized it was Wal-Mart was "Ghetto Land." I don't like shopping around crackheads and chickenheads in the store lol...I didn't even bother getting out of the car, I drove my a** 20 mins away to the nicer one on Stan Schueleter lol

This is the only grocery store I have frequented since they opened and I have made my last purchase at this store as of today. To be stopped as my son and I were leaving and told, "I need you to come back in so we can discuss unpaid merchandise" speaks not only to the procedures of your location but a serious lack of intelligence also. Just because someone walks in with drinks that you sell doesn't mean that it's from your store. It would not have been an issue if the anti-theft douche had approached and asked for some insight in lieu of a straight out accusation but that is not the caliber of employee you have under your employment. My $700-$1000 per month my household spends on groceries is better spent at HEB from now on and I will be sure to tell everyone in the area about your stores practices and level of ignorance. Hope you enjoy the past $113 you will ever get from me.
