This place is 5 stars in this is why: the quality of the wings is superb. Yes they do take time and it is soooo BUSY. Both times I been here it has taken my orders more than 35 mins. So what, this quality is hard to come by. My hats of to the manager here. I am sure many other comments will post otherwise. Sometimes it's WHORTH THE WAIT. Cajun is my favorite flavor. God be with you.

Horrible service. Even though they are fully staffed they are always behind on their orders. The employees seem lost like if its all their first day on the job and customer service doesn't seem to be their priority for them. It's worse specially on days where they have promotions going on. This store is super chaotic, mismanaged, and Wingstop ought to do something regarding their lack of prepardedness and lack of care for their customers.

My food is hot and fresh but there is almost no seasoning on the boneless wings. They look like plain wings with a sprinkle of seasoning.
The service was good but the wait was 45 minutes longer than the estimated pick-up time and since I had already paid for the food I just waited.

I came in on my break to get the chicken tenders because YUMMM. I only ever deliver so this was a treat. I came in and saw the amount of orders they had on a huge screen and saw all the bags and could tell that poor staff was overwhelmed. It was so many workers and not a lot of space. Then walks in a very angry doordasher who yelled at this poor woman. I felt very bad it seemed like a regular occurrence there. I ordered and waited a solid 30 minutes and I thought they forgot about me until he said my name. Also for anyone who didn't know...when you order online...your Dasher has to fill up your drink. I saw a Dasher fill up a few cups and I find that very unsanitary. Why would a random person have access to my drink?? That sounds disgusting so if you didn't know ...now you do. The food is on point though! Just came back, definitely a management problem. There's no reason it should take over an hour for a small order. Seems like this problem is happening with everyone in the lobby. Now they're saying it's a 55 minute wait for anyone who comes in. I placed a mobile order and came on time to be waiting for 30 more minutes. Two people in the front doing nothing but talking... This is ridiculous
