Ok so I guess you can’t buy your kid food here unless you get an adult meal? What if you aren’t hungry? Lol Doesn’t this take the convenience out of a truck stop? Maybe if I was alone, I understand but I had my daughter and other me in the store. My daughter whom was hungry and we had been driving 3 hour, I ate before we left. And the girl at the register had a super nasty attitude because I didn’t want to eat too? I don’t get it and it’s odd. Also left a message for the manager and never got a call back. Don’t stop here if you aren’t hungry and ur kid is.

We were very pleased with everything about our visit to the Rustic Cafe. This is not your typical truck stop restaurant! The food was excellent! The biscuits are amazing!! Our server Sandy was very friendly and personable; it was like talking with a friend. She was also just the right amount of attentive while we were eating.

Our family's meal of classic diner food (turkey club, steak omelet, burger, and mac) was served hot and perfectly. Nothing fancy, just good comfort food served by nice people in a surprisingly quiet and peaceful diner (considering it's connected to a gas station). I'd stop here any time I'm in or around Haskell.

One of the few restaurants in Haskell and consistently the worst cut of steak and food prep. Steaks are constantly under cooked and loaded with gristle. Tables are dirty and sticky from previous guests and the waitress will never check on you. It usually take about 10 minutes to get a menu since she is overloaded with one of her other 2 tables.
