I placed the order online for pickup. BEWARE after I ordered from here I had 10 local unauthorized transactions to my credit card. And order wasn't even correct ordered a bbq burger and blue cheese burger. When I got home both were bbq and brisket was all grissle.

Ordered 3 burgers. Not one of them had on it what was ordered. Ordered two of them that were supposed to have brisket - no brisket. Burgers were cold. Fries weren’t cooked all the way through. Will never order from here again.

Disgusting, even when you unwrap the burger it looks horrid. My dry burger had nothing that was described on the menu besides a lot of old brown lettuce and sauce.

I would leave 0 stars if possible. The food was disgusting! All you could taste was the grease. The fries were soggy and greasy even after I had taken my order back up there to be remade. Would not recommend to anyone with taste buds! Best part about the meal was the fountain drink! Next time I'll just go to McDonalds.

I ordered a normal double cheeseburger and it was great. My savage friend however, ordered the nunchuck norris burger and i couldn't believe it. My burger was a pretty good size and it made mine look like a munchkin and it had everything but the kitchen sink.

I decided to try a new burger joint through Uber Eats. I already know it's gonna be more expensive due to fees taxes, tip etc. HOWEVER, little did I know this would turn into the most expensive disastrous burger experience yet.First off, I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I had too.2ndly, the burgers listed on Uber do not, and I cannot emphasize enough DO NOT look anything like what they come as.Now, let's get into it. Ordered a Fuego Burger looks crazy tall lots of stuff in it brisket, cheese jalapenos dripping cheese like stacked so high you can't possibly eat it without a fork. (Not the case). Didn't show any brisket no cheese no onion rings nothinnnnng like the pic as you'll see.Then ordered 2 Doubles WITH cheese. Simple directions. One with just cheese, mustard and onions. It came with patties lettuce, onion and no cheese it's supposed to automatically come with.Mine same thing, but I had onions lettuce and their DB sauce cheese. I got two patties a slap of cheese looked dry, onion, no lettuce and no sauce. Lettuce must've went in my husband's dry burger we had to use condiments for. (Both).Fries barely had any, was looking in bag to see if more fell out and they tasted good with flavor but soggy.2 UNSWEET teas.....Both came sweet.Mac n cheese was fine.All this NON delicious, wrong food for just a small token of $64.99. Uber is of no help. I will dispute it on CC if they don't dispute this. I could've gone to an Outback or Logan's but decided to support the locals annnnd here is where we are at.You will see what is advertised vs what we got and paid.Once again....... grand ole total of $64.99.Driver deserves her tip she don't know what is ordered. I went to website to give a complaint, also let them know they were using Dickies BBQ cups which are an amazing BBQ joint and hoping they weren't misrepresenting them using their cups. Got an email back FROM Dickies saying thank for the survey which blows my mind even further. They pry need to do secret shoppers there to see what their investment is getting them. But if not, maybe they'll see it now. At least the Haslet TX location. Maybe others are good but definitely lost my business and going to put reviews all over. $70.00 for some BS hamburgers.

Got through door dash and it was absolutely terrible. They got half the order wrong, including sending a real burger instead of an impossible burger which is....you know...kind of a important detail. No cheese at all on the cheese fries, forgot half the extras that we paid for, and the food they got correct was pretty gross. Neither of us could finish anything.

I was in the mood to try a big, messy, burger and we heard about Big Deal Burger. We got it delivered to our hotel and it definitely hit the spot. Their fries were good too.
