This is our favorite spot to get Pizza in the Neighborhood. Feels like we're walking back in time into our pizza spot When we lived in Queens NY. One of our favorite slices to get beside the Classic Cheese slice is the Lasagna slice. Can't go wrong with Big Joe in our Opinion. They don't have a Waitress cleaning up as soon as you leave so keep that in mind, they're running the back of the house and come out whenever they can and to us it's not a big deal...
I had the cold pastrami sub it just horrible. The bread was stale and way to much lettuce. The sandwich had no flavor. The only reason I give them 2 stars for food is a co worker had a philly cheese steak pizza and said it was one of the better ones he's had. Next time I will try a pizza.
Stopped by with a family member, after taking our kids to Gammil Park and we were super impressed! It’s normally a little out of the way from where we live, but we both agreed that we’d make it a point to stop in (at least) once a month. Between us, we ordered chicken Alfredo pasta, 2 pizza slices, 1 calzone, and spaghetti with meat sauce. The portions were big and each dish was so delicious! Definitely excited to go back and bring friends.
