Chicken was not great at this location. Very bland and the tiniest tenders I've ever seen. Hopefully because it's new and they're still working things out. Disappointed that we spent 50.00 and got what we got. Will probably just make the trip into Saginaw next time.

Most of my food was great tonight. I can't speak for the chicken they didn't put in my order though. Check before you drive off! The one time I let my guard down after they Joe Bidened the prices...🤦♂️

Buying a family meal at 4:00 in the afternoon is an automatic DO NOT ! THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS HORRIBLE, not fresh food ! The chicken was under a heat lamp all day. Dried out and greasy, the person did not put the gravy in the bag. Coke was all ice. When all taken back to show how lousy of a meal it was, they refused to refund the full price and said they would refund only half because the "Full Order" wasn't brought back? How are you supposed to know that everything except the rolls was disgusting without eating a piece ? A pathetic attitude and attempt to hang on to every dollar! Bottom line is stay away from this ESTABLISHMENT if at all cost. Especially around 4:00 !

They didn't answer the drive through. Spent two days on the toilet after eating here.
This chicken express is too hit and miss. One week it is excellent and the next it is lunch left overs warmed up for for the dinner run. And to be the "chicken place" for the local residents.... well I'll keep my opinion to myself.

The food is decent, but the employees act like they don't care. I have been there twice now and have had my order messed up. The last time I went they stacked the macaroni and cheese on top of the gravy, and it was so hot that it melted the Styrofoam into the gravy and ruined it. Today when I went, they did not give me my order of fries. This time I went back to get my fries and the employees didn't seem to care that I was waiting at the counter. There was no one in the dining room, except for some employees on break, and there were 2 customers in the drive through waiting on food. It took a little bit of time to be noticed. When I did get an employee to help me, he acted like he was half asleep and didn't understand how I was missing part of my order. It took one of the employees, that were taking a break in the dining room, to fix my order.
The prices for the food that you receive, or don't receive, is not worth it, and the customer service is definitely declining. Not a great location to go to. I even tried to call them to talk to them about my order, and no one answered 3 times. Don't even try to call them to fix complaints...no one will answer.

Drive thru order, 1 of the sides I asked for was okra, I did not check prior to getting home because I figured I was the only one there. Of course they gave me fries instead of okra and this isn't the first time. Its My fault for not checking. The chicken had no flavor whatsoever, that's a first. I will go out of my way now to get chicken elsewhere.
