The food tasted just any other Dickey's (which I really enjoy). The portions also matched expectations of other Dickey's, so the food was 5 stars for me.The main person at the register looked somewhere between "meh" and annoyed both while we were paying for our food and while two other groups were ordering. So service was 3/5.The atmosphere was alright. Other Dickey's have more of a BBQ feeling and less of a general fast food feeling. The biggest "environment"...

We had excellent service. Some businesses have had to adjust because of covid and lack of help. I've been there quite a few times over several months and have watched them get better. Everything was hot and we had good service....I will be going back again because they by far have a great Giant baker with everything on it. People just have to understand the pandemic has changed the food industry period

Charlie was wonderful to our family! She was very patient with us as we asked several questions about the menu and I’ve never eaten there before. I’m pretty picky and I was extremely pleased with the customer service we received and the quality of the food and the barbecue was extremely juicy. My toddlers loved the free ice cream machine! It was so thoughtful to place that there. I got the chicken deal of the day and it was seasoned perfectly and Fed my entire family of five...
