This is the second time this happens and don’t understand why. I ordered a cheese thin crust pizza and I get it with toppings I didn’t pick. I understand one time but again? Don’t be like me and drive away without checking your order.

Don’t order delivery from this location. The last two times it has taken 30-60 minutes to get my order. The app will show the pizza is cooked quickly and that it’s on the way, but we watched the driver go deliver other orders and then return to the store. I’ve had to call the store both times and then they send a driver. Surely with all the automation and technology it’s not that hard.

EDIT: it’s now 1:10am and I never received the remake of my pizza. The restaurant is now closed. I was not offered a refund. I will be disputing on my card.

I made an online order at 8:26pm for 2 pizzas. 1 without red sauce as I cannot eat it. Pizzas were marked delivered at 9pm but did not actually arrive until 9:16pm. The pizza had red sauce. It was ordered correctly. I called and was offered a credit. I wanted either a refund or a remake. They agreed to a remake and to redeliver. That was all in the call to them at 9:16. Pizza is now marked delivered at 12:03am but no pizza has arrived. My remake to replace my incorrect order was placed going on 3 hours ago. Unacceptable service. Do not order here.

Ordered our pizza at 6pm, received a text our order is out for delivery. At 650 text showed order was around the corner, 7pm it showed delivered, NOPE!!
At 718, called questioning our order, Placed on hold, now its on its way. At 8pm, still not delivered!!
Hence the reason We never order from them! TERRIBLE SERVICE

This place sucks just got my order and it’s WRONG ! On top of that I tipped and they left my food at the door ! On the floor which I did NOT choose that as an option. Called the location and manger didn’t even speak to me. Don’t go here

I normally do not like to add bad reviews. This place is slow, I ordered my pizza and ten minutes later I get a text saying the pizza is in the way I’m like okay fantastic! Then I get a text that he is turning in the neighborhood and should be there shortly (this is not my first delivery when they said that normally the driver is here within 8 minutes.) It has been 30-40 minutes after receiving a message that they were turning in.

Order never came had to call 2 times before they decided to pick up and said it would be another hour before they’d deliver

my sister placed an order and Domino's canceled it for not being in the 4 mile radius when we are only 9 miles away...9 MILES apparently is a big deal. Never heard such nonsense

Placed order through the app. Got the notification from app that food was ready come inside and get it. I asked for my order they said it would be 1-2 minutes. 28 min later they gave me my food. No explanation, no apology for the wait etc. Heard a lady tell a worker that she made a rookie mistake and she screwed up. I would’ve been fine with that being communicated to me. I guess they screwed up one of the pizzas because in total we got one hot pizza, 2 cold pizzas, and cold cinnabites. Will not be back.

This is the location to order your pizza. My last 2 carry outs have been quick, dang good pizza, and the price. Both times the staff welcomed me when I walked in. That team was all smiles and communicating, you just don't see this anymore. Credit to that team today, both times actually. They all deserved a tip. Dominos here on out for sure. Thanks

Delivered no contact in chair, not outside door. It’s not an Easter egg! Special driver that thinks no contact means “hide”! This place continues to be schizophrenic. No text of delivery despite selecting it. Then the store manager tries to act like putting a pizza out of sight of the door and it being cold is my fault (because I said no contact). Four years of deliveries, never had someone do this from any service. This was unacceptable, but I only got a 20% off menu price? Marcos just got more business

The guy Payton at this location has excellent customer service. Made sure I was satisfied and order was corrected from the night before. Didn’t give me a hard time to replace my order.

always charges for sauces and FORGETS them absolutely ridiculous do better people for real!! it may just be $2 but i could’ve used to $2 for something wayy better.!💯💩💨
