Not good I order all the time but this today order is worst .

I made my order online and it was never delivered after it said delivery complete so I call the store and they said the driver was on his way but no pizza was ever delivered so I called to just get my money back and so far that has not happened either so I will be contacting dominos management to see what can be done this is by far the worst experience with this company I’ve ever had

Order from here more often than I’d like to admit, and 9/10 times my order is perfect. People are always very nice when i go to pickup, and they’re always fast when I get delivery!

Placed an order last night for delivery. Our pizza order was wrong (made a specialty pizza and was delivered a plain cheese pizza) called to ask for a partial refund/reorder and they stated they reorder and have someone come deliver it. No one came. Called the next morning and was told manager was the only one that could handle the refund and to call back later. So I called later today, I get to finally speak to a manager just to be told “store policy” no cash refunds. Was pretty annoyed.

They messed up a pizza and told me they would remake it and add it to my next order. I confirmed that I should place a new order and then call to have them add the pizza remake. When I called to have them add the pizza they told me they needed to cancel the order and replace to add the credited pizza. The guy on the phone seemed very confused so I asked him to confirm the process and that when they cancelled the order to replace all points used would be available to place the same full order. He said his GM confirmed. He then cancelled the order and told me after that he could only place the order for the remake and that I would have to replace my full order again but now without my points since they take up to 48 hours. I asked to speak to a manager to make sense of the mess and was told no one could talk to me. I guess no pizza then. Incompetent. And the managers clearly don't care. I contacted them per there response post and never received a reply.

That place in the order early this morning for delivery at 11:15 in the morning to be delivered to my work I can't leave my job and I get a phone call well supposedly . Which I didn't get one this morning. I found out through the app that my order is cancelled because it's not in there delivery area . Yet the app stays it's in the delivery area . I spent almost 30.00 and now I have no food no money and no refund.This is so wrong. I'm so upset this is just a mess and now I have to do a 12 hour shift 6am to 6pm with no money and no food thanks y'all for nothing

Placed an order at 9pm on a Saturday night and called at 10pm to figure out what was going on and I was told they only have 2 deliver drivers and it would be another 45 minutes. 1 hour and 45 minutes to deliver a pizza. Absolutely terrible customer service. You could call and tell people them there order can’t be delivered or just shut down the store if you don’t have enough people.

In the last week, I have ordered “future” orders twice - once for a sleepover, and once for Pizza Wednesday at my house. BOTH times, the experiences were TERRIBLE.
Friday night, I ordered pizza around 5:30 to be picked up at 7:15. I walk into dominos at 7:20 with three 9 year old boys only to be told that the order was “lost.” (We later saw them empty it out of the top of the oven burned to a crisp.) They didn’t offer to remake it until I asked “so what do we do?” Then we got to wait in the lobby for an additional 20 minutes while they remade the entire order - something I was trying to avoid with so many kiddos.
Tonight, I placed a “future” order for delivery around 5 PM to be delivered at 6:15. I got the notification at 6:02 the driver had left the shop and was heading over. However, around 6:45 I got a notification the pizza was delivered (I know we have trains in the area that sometimes stop on the tracks so I was trying to give a little grace). After I got the notification the order was delivered, I promptly called the store and yet again was given no solution or reasoning as to why the order was not delivered. I asked how long for them to remake the order and get it delivered to my family, which I was told would be 25 minutes. The order still did not arrive until 7:30 and the only person who offered any condolences for the lack of communication or the situation was the driver, Christine, who was not at fault.
I think this “future” order service is great, but if you cannot deliver on actually accommodating this then maybe it is something you would be better off not offering as this service has failed me multiple times in the last week.
Sincerely disappointed, I wouldn’t think this should be that hard.

Brogab was super nice, pizza was amazing.

We order pizza from here as a family just about every Friday night.
This is a great location for all of us folks in Haslet.
While we usually do pick up, the few times we’ve had delivery, the service is always speedy.
We have never had an incorrect order. This is a well run Domino’s location with really good staff.
*Pro Tip for Parents: If your children demand Cheese pizza only, make sure you add provolone cheese. It’s great!

I think it’s very unsanitary for the person in the front to handle all the pizza without ever washing their hands even after texting on their phone, touching a dirty door to get more pizza dough, and then going back to handling the dough. I’ve never once seen anyone in this store wash their hands, even though they all touch their phones at some point.

Quick delivery, and well cooked pizza.

So I wanted to try the stuffed crust pizza since it was just added to the menu - and wow! It was really yummy! I reccomend to select the garlic parmesan sauce over the original robust sauce for this one.

My order was ready in 10 minutes and there was no hassle at the store when picking up my carryout.
