Marco's Pizza

The customer service here is horrific. Orders are delivered extremely late. We were given a delivery time of 7 pm, it’s now after 8 and no sign of a delivery. The app was incorrectly updated to reflect the food was delivered but it’s not here. I tried calling and sat on hold for 10 minutes. When someone finally answered they immediately hung up. The second time I called I sat on hold for 20 minutes and finally just disconnected.

Really disappointed! Marco’s and Mr. Jim’s are our go to’s on Friday nights but, after tonight’s experience, it looks like Mr. Jim will get all our business. Ordered two pizzas, wings and breadsticks at 5:28 pm with an estimated arrival time of 5:58 pm. I received an email at

Pick-up your order and everything is fine. Have it delivered either by the shop or door dash & your order is most certainly going to be messed up (missing items, wrong pizza, wrong toppings, no add-ons that you paid for & etc.)

Ordering online is impossible on a smart phone. If you try to look at the choices all the junk cluttering the page doesn't let you see the menu only. It's a tiny little window below all the clutter and won't let you scroll. So it's not user friendly. I unfortunately won't be ordering from Marcos because I can't.

This place is the best! The mgr on duty tonight saved the day as I ordered the wro type of pizza and needed one in a hurry and he and his team came in clutch! The pizza is always the best tasting and quality is top notch. Our family loves this place. Thanks Marcos!!!

Marcos has such good pizza but if their website if ever down and you have to call and actually speak with someone good luck. It's like pulling teeth for the order to be right and who knows if they will actually set up the delivery. This really falls back on the management that is training the workers and holding all staff and establishment to high standards that should ... be standard... for paying customers. Many businesses are closing daily, people are working hard & in return choosing to spend their money with this business. Take pride that customers are still trying to support this place & train employees so they can properly take orders and deliver good service.

It was our first time ordering delivery and our 2nd time to eat pizza from here and my experience was great! We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and it was hot, nothing wrong with it. It was delivered right on time and my son who opened the door and got the pizza said the young man was kind when handing over the pizza. No complaints here. Thank You!!

Delivery to almost 20 minutes late. Manager made excuses. Delivery driver was sucking on his vapor pen while handing me my pizza.

Ordered from here three times since they've been open and there's always been an issue. Tonight I ordered contactless delivery and about an hour an a half later I was wondering where my pizza was, so my email to find out that it was shown to have been delivered 45 minutes ago. Never heard the doorbell ring so it was sitting outside for about 40 minutes in 30 degree weather. They also added bacon to a pizzoli when I requested it to be removed, so we couldn't eat that.

Received the wrong order. Called the store and they offered a refund. Instead they charged me more money, which means they stole money from me. Called 3 more times but no one seems to be able to help. Never will I go here again.

Love the pizza, but y'all need to fix your delivery range to account for new homes being built in the area. My street is new and only 2 miles away, but"out of the delivery area" Please fix this so I can order.

Ordered online, delivered by door dash. I have not used door dash, it was awesome. The pizza, cheesy bread, and cinnamon dessert were great. Order received just as I had wanted.
