For Veterans Day, the free smoothie ended at 3pm which we were unaware and arrived at 3:15. My dad who served was denied and the employee would not make an exception when asked if there was any way he could still honor the promo. I found this insulting for someone who served his country and the way the employee responded - my feelings were hurt for my dad
