Very rude customer service. Walked in on June first around 1600ish, no customers in store as it was just me. THREE employees looked up when I walked in and looked at me then looked back down. No good afternoon, hello, or I’ll be with you shortly. I then joked and said, “well hello”. They all looked up, looked at me and still did not say anything and looked back down ignoring me. I then asked the young lady if she was the manager and she said no, it was her dad. I then expressed the rude and unwelcoming vibe I got when I entered this store. I politely told her thanks but I’ll change my mind on giving this kind of establishment business.
Hot summers after a Lowe’s trip would be ideal for this place but not worth the terrible customer service!
