Service wasn’t cold. My wife and I ordered some smoothie bowls and we had to drink these with straws. Compared to other Smoothie kings in the DFW area, this was a complete miss.

Restaurant is nasty and has bugs everywhere. Bathroom is rarely clean. Blenders and blender lids have mold in them. Owners don’t know how to manage. If you want a real smoothie without traces of mold, go to tropical smoothie, Jamba Juice or any other smoothie king besides this one. I hope the owners will learn to do better.

Went in there to just get a smoothie and the guy working there was on his phone in the back. Apparently didn’t hear the ding when I came in. Then was saying helloo and didn’t hear. Must be because his phone was on full volume. So I just give up and left. What a wait of time.

Edit: smoothie King responded to this review. They told me to go to their website and do a formal response. Which I’ve already done and it clearly states that in my review. Just another way for them to ignore. A generated response that you put on all reviews IS NOT A RESPONSE.

I never like to write bad reviews. However, this experience just kept getting worse. My husband and I ordered 2- 32 ounce chocolate peanut butter smoothies. We both customized them a little different. After leaving and getting down the road, they tasted like mild chocolate, flavored water. The receipt even showed no milk, no protein powder, just Coco and banana. It seemed also like they never blended it with ice. I tried to call and speak with the manager, someone answered that I could not understand. Finally, they told me to call back speak with the manager another day and HUNG up. Tried calling back the next day and got no answer. Found a corporate number and called and talk to someone (who could barely understand me) they took down my name and number. Never heard back. We spent $20 on water. Definitely not happy.

I ordered a medium smoothie using a coupon. Buy 1 get 1 free. I was shocked to see a 19.00 charge. I did not get my receipt, they got me. I will not return.

My two young daughter's and I just visited this location. The manager was SO friendly and kind. My 5 yo didn't care for her smoothie, so she made her something different at no extra charge. She was so kind and gracious. We just moved to the area, and will definitely be back !

Awesome experience from beginning to end. I went in looking for a smoothie bowl that I saw online. I wasn’t sure what it was called but had a photo. The staff was very helpful and knew exactly what the order was based on the photo. My primary guide, Jacob is the kind of staff member every establishment should be filled with; super helpful and does it all with a smile. This is the location I will be frequenting from now on. Thank you!

Walked in and the young male employee was washing out a few of the blenders so I waited patiently. Stood there for a few minutes and was not even acknowledged as standing there. I turned around and walked out. I will never visit location again.

Went in for a mid-day pick me up yesterday but I guess there was a bunch of online orders and I was not helped despite there being employee right there washing dishes. I had to leave due to time. Ok - no biggie. I came back today and once again obviously busy with no one to help and I could hear the manager in the back yelling at employees instead of being out there helping. The 1 star is not so much the lack of service but I was so astounded to hear a manager speak to their employees that way. Yuck.
