Ordered a combo and asked for chili on the side for my fries, they said NO, they don’t have chili on the side, asked if I wanted chili cheese fries instead. I didn’t want the fries soggy by the time I got home, so I said I’ll pay for that, just put on the side. The guy said they couldn’t do that. Do better…don’t be so ignorant. One bad experience ruins future visits. It’s really not that difficult.

Well sonic finally surpassed dairy Queen in Rhome poor service and quality. I will not go back to Sonic at Avondale and Haslet again they're incompetent they need to learn how to fulfill orders. Once I ordered a chili cheese dog and got tater tots with chili on them that were so soggy had to throw them out. This last incident I ordered a double smashburger with out any of that nasty sauce they put on it and this is what I got. I tried to call and complain but their mailbox was full and I'm sure from unhappy customers. And this might be the future of our country with people incompetent that can't even fulfill a simple order. When I call to complain they offered me a small hamburger as compensation, lol I would rather leave an honest review for other potential customers do not eat at this Sonic.

Ummm. Where do I start. Never in a million years would I have thought I would be writing a review praising Sonic…I just had this huge misconception about their food.

Saw the reviews for their new smash burgers and decided to give em a try. My sister swears by Sonic and so off we went. Let me start by saying it was absolutely delicious. Ordered a double cheeseburger, added tomatoes, extra pickle and lettuce and it was a messy, juicy, mouth watering experience. I recommend they wrap in foil like their other burgers though vs a box. And the bun….so darn good. Their French fries were perfectly salted and I love crinkle cut fries. Both were served hot!

My sis ordered the double cheeseburger with bacon. Loved it. She loves their mozzarella sticks.

We literally ate here twice in one week….both times super fast service and the burgers were delicious. Head scratcher.

So disappointed, via the app, we ordered ranch and barbecue sauce for our meal. Two and two and then one jalapeño ranch. And I’m not sure why people don’t read, we get home and there’s one of each. If you’re not gonna give out the condiments ordered, please limit it on the app or let people know when you bring their order.

They stiffed us a drink. Ordered another one. Stated it was coming. Over ten minutes went by. Pushed the button again to ask if it was coming. They answered then stopped listening altogether. Worst Sonic ever. Worst customer service.

We ordered some drinks and a couple snacks through the drive thru. While ordering the guy on the speaker just stopped responding, we sat there for a minute or two and the pulled up. At the window we let them know we had a coupon and we tried telling the guy at the speaker. Then the manager came to the window and told us in the future we need to tell them when we are ordering. This was upsetting because that’s LITERALLY WHAT WE TRIED TO DO. Learn how to treat your customers, and I’m pretty sure it was the manager who took our order at the speaker. There also was barely any ice in our drinks and they forgot the ranch and marinara. Just skip this exit and go to the next Sonic in my opinion.

Twice now I have been unable to complete an order because they did not check to make sure I had said everything I wanted. On both occasions I was grabbing food for myself and my family so this has been incredibly frustrating.
