Someone needs to be fired over this. And what pisses me off about this review is the fact that it’s even necessary. I threw away my whole order. Cause every single item was so far past edible it’s not even funny. The health department should be notified cause this is just plain nasty. The corn dogs tasted so foul I almost threw up. Luckily I grabbed it from my child before she ate any cause me eating one bite my stomach is killing me 10 minutes later. When I say everything was bad I mean it. Almost like we were eating heated up food from 2 days ago. Stale almost black it had been heated up for so long. Either their manager knows about the crappy food they are sending out to paying customers or is completely oblivious. Which being a manager of a sonic I would imagine doesn’t really take pride in his or her job. Because what you are sending out is just plain toxic. I don’t expect much with it being a fast food chain at all but when I order, I don’t expect to get food poisoned for $30.

I’m not sure why the customer service is so hard to do. I was very respectful telling the young lady my order. She was very eager to rush me with my order while I’m ordering for five people in my vehicle. She cuts me off halfway through my order and tells me the total which I’m trying to add more and the screen pops up above where I need to pay. So I’m waiting for her especially to come out which she never did so I’m confused on why people are so rude. Also, why is customer service really hard you don’t deal with the customer I tell you my order and you put it in the system. It’s really super simple.

Very poor quality of food. Kids meal looks as it was made a while ago! The hamburger meat for our cheeseburgers was nasty! The meat was red inside but very dry outside.

Hurst TX location is Amazing sone others leave something to be desired.

The food was ok , but the person that came out to bring my food I asked him for a knife and fork, and he said we don't have any .
I told him to go check and come back ....He never came back .

Patiently waited for my order (time stamp on receipt is 12:52) had 2 breakfast toasters, a large order of mozzarella sticks, and cheddar peppers. only received 1 marinara and 1 ranch both for the mozzarella sticks. I pushed the button to ask for the missing (just the 2) 1syrup for the toast stick and the 1ranch for the cheddar peppers and was hoping to get 1 extra ranch and 1 extra syrup. The manager Coren (possibly misspelled) made a big deal to tell me what sauces came with my food even and I told her what I was missing and what I wanted extra (1ranch 1syrup) she kept repeating how I only get a specific number of sauces and made a huge deal about it and had an argumentative tone and told me I had to pay for the extras. Which I told her was fine, but she kept wanting to repeat everything again. Any other sonic location I have gone to has walked by with a tray and given any sauce I may need. I found her tone to be very unprofessional. I had no problem paying for the extra sauces and saw no reason for her to be argumentative. I did pay for the extra sauces and was there longer as i had to keep explaining what i needed to the employee that the manger sent out (she had ko clue what i needed and what she was charging me for. After everything was done, i ended up getting my sauces and driving away at 1:27. I was there for a little over 30 minutes and left with cold food. Will not be returning to this location due to the rude and unprofessional service from the manager.

Ordered a combo and asked for chili on the side for my fries, they said NO, they don’t have chili on the side, asked if I wanted chili cheese fries instead. I didn’t want the fries soggy by the time I got home, so I said I’ll pay for that, just put on the side. The guy said they couldn’t do that. Do better…don’t be so ignorant. One bad experience ruins future visits. It’s really not that difficult.

Well sonic finally surpassed dairy Queen in Rhome poor service and quality. I will not go back to Sonic at Avondale and Haslet again they're incompetent they need to learn how to fulfill orders. Once I ordered a chili cheese dog and got tater tots with chili on them that were so soggy had to throw them out. This last incident I ordered a double smashburger with out any of that nasty sauce they put on it and this is what I got. I tried to call and complain but their mailbox was full and I'm sure from unhappy customers. And this might be the future of our country with people incompetent that can't even fulfill a simple order. When I call to complain they offered me a small hamburger as compensation, lol I would rather leave an honest review for other potential customers do not eat at this Sonic.
