Couldn't tell you if the food was good or not. Waited 30 mins the screen said my order was coming to the car and then it showed for me to order again. waited probably 10 more minutes and then pressed the button and asked if my food was being brought out as I hadnt gotten it yet. Someone said they would have someone bringing it out. Waited a while longer and still no one was bringing out my food so I pressed the button and said hey I have been here for a while is my food even done? They responded okay and that was it... worse experience I have had at a fast food restaurant. I would not have had an issue waiting if they had even said hey sorry its taking a while we are waiting on food or we are short staffed. Instead I just get an okay. I went to the door and told them to refund my order. 10/10 wouldn't recommend someone to go here unless they just feel like waiting over 30 minutes for food.

This location is horrible. We sat outside for 20 minutes after checking in for mobile pickup and never received our order so we left. All we ordered was two drinks and a coney. There were other cars there as well that had been waiting awhile. I don’t think the people inside were working.

**edit: check your food before leaving!!! Charged for items that are MISSING** and we have a 17 hour drive and dont have time to turn around to give them a chance to fix it. But I'd also be scared to let them fix it because it may take another 20 minutes.

Food was fine as far as not having expectations for a cheap fast food spot. Don't come to THIS location if you have somewhere to be, you'll be waiting a ridiculous amount past the time your food should be ready. And I dont like that they have people set up at the tables to sell stuff to every car in the stalls and drive through. So we are dodging people selling stuff while trying to get an update from staff on where our food is because its NOT busy, no reason for that amount of time.

These poor kids cannot seem to get it together. I ordered 4 drinks about 20 minutes ago, still waiting. Seems to be the experience every time we come. Not sure what’s going on at the place, you’d think we’d learn to stop coming, but it’s a convenient location.

The cook is back there purposely messing peoples orders up. I ordered a super sonic burrito, they forgot the meat came back to get it replaced and they forgot the tater tots and onions next. I didn’t even get it special requested just a regular menu item. It gotta be on purpose!!

My second time to stop at this sonic in a time span of a couple of months. The first time I literally threw my food away, the smasher tasted rotten, and the tots seemed to be reheated. Loud music blasting and a lot of horseplay between employees. Today wasn't much better, other than the service was maybe a little bit better. The sonic in Haslet, TX at 470 FM 156 S.
This place really needs adult management present! I will not return to this location again. As the tator tots serve today with my burger were like biting into two day old refried tots. The insides were literally hollow, not just one but the whole order. Definitely will not be a 3rd time charm at this location!!!

There seems to ALWAYS be an issue with our order. ALWAYS! I have contacted Sonic regarding the issues on a few occasions and NEVER get a response. Not only that, but Sonics app is the absolute worst!!!
