I placed a pick up order at 5:03 to be ready at 5:15 and have been sitting in the stall since that time (now after 5:37). There have been 3 cars that pulled into stalls after me, ordered, and receive both food and ice cream, all while I waited. All I had was two regular fountain drinks. After the third person got their food and drinks, the girl checked in and said she saw the two drinks in my name sitting on the counter. My ordered was marked as complete at 5:15. When I asked the girl what the holdup was, she said it’s an error in the system not telling them when we’re here so they don’t know to bring the stuff out. She said she was the only one working in the store today and just started. She was sweet but she should have some help. It was frustrating to wait so long to receive drinks that were very watered down due to the ice melting while I waited 25 minutes. I tried to check in by calling while I waited, but no one answered the phone.

Something is seriously going wrong at this location. People wait for 20 mins checked in on the app in a stall and then getting told to go to the drive thru. Just for orders to still be messed up, ICE COLD and having to wait more for it to be fixed. Management needs to look into whats happening.

Last Friday this same thing happened and all I ordered was 2 drinks through the app. It wasn't until I pushed the red button that I was told to go through the drive thru. After sitting there checked in and seeing the thing go from “in the kitchen” to “on the way” the screen just went away. I gave them some time before I pushed the button. Once I go through the line and to the window (another 15 mins) the guy at the window asked if I was picking up for uber eats. When I said no and explained to him that I just ordered drinks and waited. He then turns around and grabs two drinks with zero ice that have been sitting there.

The cooks deserve a raise with how hard they work to keep up with the amount of people who come through here. I like the mozzarella sticks with marinara! Although I wish they bring back the buffalo bites.

It’s very apparent this Sonic is understaffed. The same employee was taking drive-through orders and running food to the car hop stalls. She was clearly frustrated, and customer service suffered as a result. Unfortunately, this has been a recurring trend in my experiences at this location. I hope the owner or management sees this and addresses the issue.

Probably the slowest place in Haslet and it seems like it just keeps getting worse. I would save time and go to another establishment because you would be disappointed going here!

The food is ok but the service sucks. They aren't even busy and it's taking more than 15 minutes to get a burger and tots. I've seen several people that came in after me order, get their food and leave while I'm still waiting and there's zero communication from the staff. This will be the last time I ever come to this location. There's a lot I can't go to anymore because their service is terrible! They do NOT care about their customers at all. Would give 0 stars if I could. When I asked for the manager, he said he didn't want to be bothered by me. This is it almost every location. Y'all really need to retrain your staff.

Order just wrong. My Burger was sooooo sloppy and messy, it had no bacon on it. I ordered a sluggish and got a cherry lime soda. I hate soda. My fries were just hard.

Today was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had at a fast food places. The drive through line took 34 minutes to get through (I should have left after 10 minutes of waiting but I placed the order). I ordered a hamburger combo, nothing exotic. They served three cars behind me while I waited for my burger. Then when I got to the front, there was so much grease in the wrapper it poured out onto my pants. The lady at counter argued with me that they were short staffed and I was warned prior to ordering (nevermind that no one warned me, 34 minutes for 4 cars is ridiculous when you have four people working inside).

The service at this location is always terrible but today is enough to where I will never go back.

Very disappointed!! I ordered through the app on 7/27 before I left home since it was on the way to my training. The order was promised at 8:11 am and it didn’t come out until 8:28. I ordered a toaster sandwich and cherry limeade. The foil on the toaster sandwich was cold that was the first indication that it was not right I open it up and it looked like the sandwich was post put together it was 2 slices of cheese and 2 pieces of bacon. Worst part about it the cheese wasn’t even melted and I don’t think it comes with 2 pieces of cheese. I just took off the top cheese off and mashed the sandwich together to try to make the best out of it since I didn’t have time to turn around. Please do better the whole point of ordering ahead is to make sure your order is ready in a timely manner and so that’s it’s done correctly. Food cost too much for yall to be playing with it no way this is almost $5.

The slowest “fast food” place I’ve ever been to. From the time it took to order and get my food from the window I could’ve had a drink and appetizer from a sit down place. Could not comprehend the concept of a combo while I was ordering, asked want I wanted multiple times and then disappeared for about 2 minutes before coming back asking the same question. When I finally made it to the window and after a 5 minute wait the lady opened it and said “okay..so what did you have?” She had absolutely no clue and made me repeat my entire order. I at this point was running out of patience. This is supposed to be “fast food” after all. When she finally handed me the food I was missing an item, she got the item for me and left out the complimentary sauce that came with it. So I had to sit and wait for her to come back to the window AGAIN in order to get it. I honestly wish I could give 0 stars, I do not recommend this place. But if you wanna get frustrated go ahead and give this sonic a try!

Everytime I go and get water it takes them 20 sometimes 30 minutes for a route 44 water that is ridiculous I have to wait that long just for water

Unfortunately, I never had the chance to enjoy the food, as I received no service during my visit. Despite pressing the call button and waiting patiently multiple times no one responded. Additionally, the layout poses a serious issue: the drive-thru line runs through the center of the parking area, blocking parked vehicles from exiting when the line backs up. Overall, the lack of service and poor design made for a frustrating experience.

Tired using the order ahead app. Got an error saying “we are having technical difficulties”. So decided to just order from the truck. Took them almost 10 min to take our order, and after ordering it has now been 28 min and still haven’t received our order.

Had to edit. Finally got our order after 34 min. Fries were cold, burgers were cold, and they didn’t bring out 1 of the burgers that was bought and paid for. Their excuse “we are short staffed”. Left without our burger, I don’t have another 20 min to wait!!!! Completely unacceptable.
