I live very close to this location so I go here somewhat regularly but today was the last time. They continually have the WORST SERVICE. Rudest staff that won't speak to you or even look at you and prioritize mobile orders over in person customers which you are never supposed to do. I have walked out of this location several times after waiting for so long after watching them make mobile order, after mobile order, after mobile order. this is the worst subway location with the worst employees.

Poor service, dirty, and need to find another employee as he was super unprofessional. If you’re the manager please look at your cameras how I was served. Asking me what kind of sandwich I wanted as he was playing on his phone and asking me what kind of sandwich I wanted and didn’t even great me or anything. 05-18-25 at 7:55pm. Sunday 05/11/25 - My husband and I placed an order via mobile app on Sunday around 9:20pm, the app stops taking orders at 9:30pm. The pick up time on the app said '9:45pm', so we proceeded to head that way. Once we arrived, the door was locked and employees Tae Tae and Alexis said that they stop taking mobile orders at 9:15pm even though the store hours states that they close at 10:00pm. I used to work in the service industry (and Subway back in high school), so I completely understand that on slow days, you'd like to leave and get out by the close time, but never did as that is against policy. I don't like being that customer to come in late, but we were across the street at Walmart, so this was not a far drive whatsoever.

I was told upon arriving that a refund from manager Vernom would be refunding back my money with a confirmation email from 'subway pioneers', but I did not receive such email nor have I received a refund either.

Monday, 05/12/25 - I called the restaurant again asking for Vernom's contact information and the lady on the phone said that she has to make a sandwich for a customer really quick and would be right back with the information. I was on hold for 10 minutes while she was gossiping with who I believe would be co-workers. I called the number back over 20 times and to my surprise (not really), the phones were turned off. I even left a voicemail, but I have not received a call back.

This is not my first time expericing poor service at this location. I understand if you are understaffed, if you have ran out of ingredients, if you are overwhelmed with xyz, but clearly this location does not have the proper staff to manage a phone call.

Tuesday 05/13/25 - I have tried to call the restaurant again, but the phones are still not working.

This place is so bad. Manager sucks and closed the store at 3:30 on a Thursday which is not their hours. They suck so bad never go to this subway manager is rude and they are unreliable and suck.

I placed an online order a little after 9pm. The store closes at 10pm. Showed up to get my food and the doors were locked and the sign off. I had to call 4 times and was told they closed early because they ran out of food and I would have to get a refund tomorrow.

This subway doesn’t have their stuff together at all!!! Some new girl was working and I asked specifically if my sub has double meat she gives me an attitude and says she already put a lot on there … then the other employee who has supposed to be training her was talking about how the store just got scammed or something and how she didn’t know how DoorDash orders worked … when I arrived my order was somehow lost and didn’t even have a receipt for and I had to show them my phone ….. whoever is manager needs to fix the clueless employees now I’m left wasted money and still hungry ‘ thanks to employees who have attitude!!!

The employees at this subway are so rude. I've been here twice and both times I felt like they were rude. The one inside Walmart has nice employees so I will just start going there instead.

I tried Subway online for the first time and when I showed up to pick up my food, it was 9:25 pm. After entering the restaurant, there was only a subway employee with a non-employee getting frisky at a table. When I asked if the restaurant was still open, they referred me to the lady working in the back, which shortly came out to tell me that they closed early due to a lack of bread. When I pointed out that there was a lot of bread still in the case she said they were just closed early and we needed to leave.
There is no way in hell this place is going to make it with the current employees they have. Subway needs to start paying people more so they can get better employees. I was still charged the $18 from my online order with no food.

I have had issue after issue with Subway everywhere. Kudos to this one for finally getting it right! The lady who took our order just now is absolutely the best! Will definitely be driving the 30+ minutes to go here when I'm craving Subway!
