We went to the Penn location we was very disappointed service & food was horrible I would never recommend. The wings weren't smoked just over fried and dry the French fries was old expensive

I placed my order online over $80.00. When I arrived to the location it was Dickeys BBQ. They have no order no idea what I was talking about. This is a scam place DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Now I’m fight to get my money back

the location in Granbury is awful, missing half the order, they didn't have bone in wings so they gave us boneless. They are chicken nugget constancy not boneless wings. Completely disgusting, we didn't even eat them. Complete waste of almost $50.

Wings were rubbery and had an odd smell. Possibly undercooked.Missing extra items that were paid for. Poor quality food, poor order preparation. Would not recommend!

Ordered this as delivery through Grubhub. Came pretty quickly but there were several items missing. Grubhub gave us a refund but still disappointing. Also, the bone in wings we did get were under cooked, the cheese sauce that came with our order looked disgusting. Safe to say we won’t be trying this place out again.

Ordered wings and specifically asked for sauce on the side. What do I get? 10 soggy wings drenched in sauce and grease. The exact opposite of what I ordered.I spent my day craving wings and I got that.

Although on the small side, the wings were really good. Especially the garlic parmesan dry rub - fantastic! Order was ready on time and staff was courteous. We will come back soon!
