They messed up our order. We ordered all boneless and they gave us all bone in and they also messed up the flavors. We tried to call the store MULTIPLE times and they didn’t pick up the phone. We arrive to the store to see 2 cashiers at the front and only 1 occupied and the other one free to answer a call. I will not be coming here again. They went SOOOO down hill. They also are wearing earbuds in the cooking area, like food safety violation? What if they fell into the food?

He was friendly, attentive, and super professional. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days, and Ty made the whole experience even better.
