Absolute horrible service!!! Waited an hour 1/2 then had to be the person to call and find out where our oder is. Then, they tell us it would be ANOTHER hour before they would make it. Couldn't even give me a clear answer on how i would get a refund. Thought we would give this place another chance and it was obviously a mistake.

We’ve ordered pizza from here a few times already since we moved to Forney about 2 yrs ago now since we’ve never tried it before. We’ve never had any issues ordering online for pickup or even for delivery, and the pizza itself is just delicious! It’s always made fresh & we always feel some kinda way if we order from elsewhere bc we’ll end up saying “we should’ve just ordered from Marco’s” ? but long story short, we highly recommend Marco’s Pizza to everyone so if you’re in the Heath/Rockwall area stop by & grab you a box! ?

This is my second time ordering prior to closing and my pizza isn’t delivered. And the manager can’t explain why it’s not here other than they are closing soon: I placed the order an hr prior to closing this is unacceptable.
