We got takeout from Pablo's for dinner a week ago. I got the chicken enchiladas with mole sauce but they were very salty. We did not finish the guacamole because it was not very good. The frozen margarita was undrinkable! I tasted awful! My husband's shrimp tacos were fine, according to him. We won't be back.

My brother did want to look for a restaurant in the area so I let the Yelp app surprise me and they chose this one. It was in Rockwall and almost near the plaza we went to for the Italian place. Anyways the place inside is really nice and quite decorative. Service was okay. We got our chips and salsa which is not too bad and quite good as I wanted to eat more. I ordered the fried chicken tacos with avocado which comes with beans and rice which was pretty good. It was for $13 dollars. The prices were not too bad and would not mind coming back here again.

Pretty decent atmosphere. When we arrived we were nonchalantly greeted and served. Food was good but the lack of service and attitude of employees left us with mixed feelings. Probably wont go back but glad we experienced it.

This is the 2nd time we’ve ordered. The 1st got queso & salsa, this time got queso, guacamole, & salsa, and we only get ONE, SMALL bag of chips. Guess we’ll only eat the salsa???? My husband just had surgery & I’m pregnant. I’m not driving anywhere to get chips to eat the food we paid for. We’ve tried calling 8 times now and no one will answer the phone.

Don't sleep on this place. This is some of the best food in Heath / Rockwall area. Their flavors and sauces are so unique. Everything seems to be made in house. Even the kids Chicken Fingers are excellent. They have some of the best mole I have ever had and the carnitas plate is phenomenal. They also have excellent service and the remodel they did on the restsraunt is very nice.
Delicious cuisine! One of the only Mexican restaurants I can find street tacos! Delicious cheese queso. Prompt service. Very kind servers. Family oriented and festive ambience.

I picked up food from here about 2 months ago and it was good but a little too expensive for a regular meal. I decided to dine in a few weeks ago, about an hour and a half before closing time. When we got there we were told they were closing early because they didn't have many patrons. We had driven quite a way to try it out so that was disappointing, but hopefully this was a one-off thing that won't happen again.

Found this place by accident. Made a left instead of a right when I was going into Rockwall, and this place was in the strip center. The shrimp enchiladas were the best I've ever had. You guys definitely deserve five stars. I will be coming back.
