Ok so I was very tired but I went to Starbucks and my gosh they made my day I had the pink drink and the cookie and it was soooo good .

Placed a drive up order online as I’ve been feeling under the weather and have two young kids that make shopping a challenge. Pick up got moved from 4 to 7 from the time I started the order by the time I pressed submit. Not a huge deal. 7pm rolls around and I get an email stating it’s delayed and i will receive an update when it’s ready. Unfortunate, but it happens. At almost 9pm I finally call to be told “they left at 8:30 so looks like you will have to pick up your order in the morning”. The next morning when I checked I received an email stating they could not fill my order. I called and was informed I’d be better off cancelling since I was past needing the groceries and already had to figure out two meals for my kids without them. I cancelled which then left them telling me the almost 200 bucks I spent that was on a “hold” and I could not use because according to my bank it’s been spent on this order would likely not be returned for 5-7 business days. Meanwhile little to nothing has been done to assist in making it right besides telling me call my bank their is nothing they can do and offering to add 15 dollars to my account then not actually adding it. Would NOT recommend ordering a pick up here unless you want to be out money and food trying to figure out how to feed your kiddos while you wait and hope for the hold to be lifted soon.
Sad that the line was soooo long!And that I was charged .25 for a cup of ice There was only one worker working and she was doing a fantastic job!Definitely not fair for her to have to do it all but she did a great job!Then there was 2 Tom Thumb employees walk over and have a conversation with her during all of this instead of asking her what they could do to help.I don’t understand this world and leaders in this.. seems common sense instead of asking when someone is coming in.

Horrible place, canceled my order because they substituted my order with way more expensive items, they are still hanging on to my money of $90.49 order was canceled on aug 5 and today is 14th
This place SUCKS! They won’t give you a pup cup as per the “store policy” but when I asked what is that mean the cashier couldn’t tell me! Apparently they can’t charge you for a whipped cream on side there for it’s not allowed. Rude service overall!

I am always happy when I hit the produce section of this store. SO much good-looking food! Sadly, I'm not so into the Signature Select products. Tried the Bacon Ranch dressing and it was awful. Tasted like spoilt milk and was super runny. That's the only bad thing I have to say, though. :D
Worst service ever!!! I would rather drive to the Target Starbucks or the one in Forney where the Baristas are knowledgeable and friendly!

I always visit this location due to my job being in the same lot. I ordered breakfast for the first time and it wasn’t quite the experience. My breakfast sandwich was rock hard and I was the only customer at the time. I said no whip for my drink and whip was indeed in there. The young lady wasn’t inviting at all. I should’ve known that something wasn’t gonna go completely right. The young man is always so nice. He’s the only reason why I returned but I won’t ever get breakfast again.
