We always looked forward to coming here. The food has been consistent and good.
However the last two times the service has been terrible.
I'm not blaming the servers 100%, but rather the management. Either the staff sections are too big, or the staff is not trained well.
After waiting for 10 minutes for someone to greet our table, I went up to the bar to get waters.
On my way back to the table, I stopped by the hostess stand and asked if our table was assigned to a server yet?
After another 10 minutes of watching the server walk right past us, We got up and left!
Sad state of affairs.
Terrible experience. Refused to let me order what I wanted. Terrible Service

We love Wings Over Heath! Seriously, best wings in town! ANNIE at the bar is fabulous. The service is fast and accurate. Great, family-friendly Sports Bar ambiance . The outdoor patio is a big plus too! Don't miss out!
I donât mind waiting for food if itâs good, hot food, but tonight we waited for over 45 minutes for our food and it was cold by the time we got it. Everything we ordered was cold.
And to top it off, there was a mess on the womenâs restroom wall that had been there a while.
I brought it to the managerâs attention and she gave us 15% off. I mean really? 15% thatâs ridiculous. My husband and I shared a cold hot dog, a sweet tea, and a water and it was $22 and some change.
We wonât be back.

Man, LOVE this place but I wish the managers would actually work when the team is in the weeds. Never seen the younger Asian lady do anything. Anyways, staff and bar are usually AWESOME!!! Food is good, they just couldnât tell me how good was fried. SoâŠ.Bartenders and Mario are THE BEST!!! Asian Managers not so much

Heath, TX location Wings are good, but every time my order has been Either All drums or 80% drums. Mind you this last time when I placed my order I asked what the Flat / Drum ratio per order is and he said 50/ 50 âŠ..so no worries. Of course once again this was NOT what we got, which was 90% drums this time. When I called to speak to the manager, she said you get what ever the kitchen has available at the time of your order and offered a $5 credit on my next order of get whatever is in the kitchen. HmmmmâŠ. Lesson learned and hint taken, they do not need my business.
