How are you nit going to have mac & chz made on a Friday night at 630pm. Every time you go to this , store, something on the menu they don't have any made.

I should have listened to myself and left. 2 employees were arguing with drive thru customer. Then shut the window on them to end the conversation. In fairness, I don’t know how the customer was acting so I judged the situation on how the employees walked away laughing.
I had to wait for okra to be cooked. No problem, I understand, I know it can’t sit in a warmer very long. But when I got in my vehicle to munch on the okra, they were all BURNT (almost black) I tried a couple but they weren’t enjoyable. She told me that since I ate some (3 pieces) they couldn’t take them back. Passing through a small town, I didn’t want any trouble so I left. In fairness, the chicken was spot on as always.

Walked into the store most of the tables were dirty. Floor had food crumbs and trash. Really needed to be swept. Staff just standing around talking and joking. Food was good except for the fries tasted like they had been sitting for awhile.

Sometimes they are good service and sometimes it’s bad service. They always are short staffed. They don’t last because the supervisor is mean to them. The chicken is good only in the 1 week and 3rd week if the month because that’s when they change there cooking

They take forever

The dirtiest place I have ever visited. From the parking lot you can see the dirty windows, the lousy bathrooms, the dirty tables, the soft drinks taste bad, like dirty water (and it wasn't the glasses).

The terminals do not accept Mexican cards and I had to go to an ATM to withdraw money.
