The food was good but bad employees. 30 miute wait just to place the order.They took an 1 hour to give us the food. My order was incorrect so I went to fix my order and they threw my chicken in trash and they called it waste.

I love church's chicken. But last night on 4/27/25, the wait time exceeded 15 minutes. I had to get out of line and go to stripes to get a bite to eat.
At around 11 before 12 lunch Wednesday. Spent an hour+ waiting on one order of an 8 piece combo and a classic chicken sandwich. Staff of 3 had four others waiting while they prepared the food but were seemingly mostly just chatting away instead of preparing to meet the lunch hour lacking a professional promptness. Waited about half an hour with one other person at the window who waited for 20+ minutes. There was no sense of the staff completing their tasks with efficiency, one employee was even playing with my chicken patty by being very slow at applying a powder. Drive through screen did not work and were not notified either to come to the window.
absolute terrible service waited thirty minutes and probably would’ve waited longer if we didn’t go around and then the cashier had the audacity to charge us for jalepeno sauce.

Employees dont use the drive thru screen to take order, they cant even put a small sign to let you know to pull up to the window. Take lot of time & dont even want to ask you if you need anything else… very bad experience ..
When the Drive-thru is far better than going inside an Owner should take note and fix it up a bit
I've been going to this location for decades. Always fast service and good food.
