Being asked for a tip every time we go there, have to say, I’ve had enough. You are a counter service. You aren’t waiters working for tip wages. It’s very uncomfortable. They don’t even have the computer to tip, they literally ask you for a tip when ringing up your ice cream.

Preordered a birthday cake to pick up 12/24 for my brother’s 45th birthday. To my surprise, my cake wasn’t there when I arrived. The kid working there called his manager and then was just like “it’s not here, you can buy another one”. NO APOLOGY. NO EXPLANATION. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I asked “did the manager give any explanation“ and he responded “the lady who makes cakes comes in the morning.” THATS NOT AN EXPLANATION, ITS JUST A STATEMENT. I am absolutely pissed off. When I asked if I get a discount for ruining my brothers birthday cake, he just mumbled and looked away. The lack of any kind of service is INFURIATING. Won’t ever return.

The Manager told me to eat paper off cone which was unprofessional. My husband asked him if he would tell his family to eat the paper he said No. His name was Nick he was a young kid. I asked if I can get this cone replaced cause paper stuck and he said paper is edible eat the paper. If not he said I would have to charge you for another one.

Too much air in their scoops. They don’t pack the scoops so it’s gone in two bites. I’ve asked them to pack the scoops and they don’t, so I stopped going to this location. Baskin Robbins is delicious but too expensive to not get what you pay for. Oh, and they have the nerve to ask for a tip….

Good thing BR still have delicious ice cream and waffles bowl but terrible customer. We came in as a group at night time and need more chairs outside and shift manager came out told us not bring chair outside. Bad attitude and no managerial skill to accommodate or give us a good reason not to. The server was good and knowledgeable to help our order. But the manager should be fired or disciplined. We will not come back again. Bad service!

Just walked into this Baskin Robins and ordered a kid size double scoop ice cream. As I walked Out the store literally still on the side walk my first scoop fell to the ground. I walked back inside to see if I could get another scoop considering I had just paid $8.00. Manager on duty, John, told me I had to pay for another scoop if I wanted one since I walked outside the store. Clear my throat “excuse me do you not know what good customer service is”. Apparently he doesn’t because he insisted I pay for another scoop if I wanted It redone. Clearly he missed his customer service training and if this store trains their employees and managers like this then there is a big problem here. I’m sure you can spare another scoop to a customer that had hers fall off right outside your front door. Shame on this location. Won’t ever come here anymore.

Was trying to run in to take my toddler in the to restroom (in the middle of potty training). They informed me I had to purchase something for my toddler to use the bathroom. I said fine but can you let us in so she doesn’t pee on herself. They eventually let me in, but after they were pushing for me to wait in line and order something. For a locked bathroom it was filthy dirty and probably hadn’t been clean in weeks. The owner was super rude. But 5$ for a kids ice cream is also stupid.Their excuse is that DoorDash drivers tore up their bathroom.

This is the biggest, cleanest, and best customer service location I have ever been to. On top of all of this, I never heard of a location that has over 48 flavors versus the traditional 31/32. Also, they have the football games going while I enjoy my dessert. Best part, they are open later than any baskin robbins in town. This store is open till 11pm and 12am weekends! Get my fix anytime. Definitely coming back to this location. If they don't have the flavor, no other store in town will!
