We just moved to the area and decided to stop in for a cone. The associate, Josh, is a great worker. The entire time we were in there eating our cones, he maintained himself busy cleaning. He was also very polite and respectful.

Walked in and girl working was just sitting on her phone. Went to use the bathroom and it was the most disgusting bathroom I've ever been in. Yuck. Management needs to clean up their act here

I was walking into the UPS store beside the ice cream location that we have used many times in the past. A employee with an apron on was outside yelling at people outside. She was verbally abusing and trying to make her get off the public sidewalk in a physically assaulting and body aggressive manner. I was no part of this insanity and took care of my UPS business. In light of local resent history this was extremely unsafe for all people passing. The aggressive behavior seemed very unprofessional! We will never do business in this shopping center. Please give your employees better customer service lessons.

Being asked for a tip every time we go there, have to say, I’ve had enough. You are a counter service. You aren’t waiters working for tip wages. It’s very uncomfortable. They don’t even have the computer to tip, they literally ask you for a tip when ringing up your ice cream.

Preordered a birthday cake to pick up 12/24 for my brother’s 45th birthday. To my surprise, my cake wasn’t there when I arrived. The kid working there called his manager and then was just like “it’s not here, you can buy another one”. NO APOLOGY. NO EXPLANATION. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I asked “did the manager give any explanation“ and he responded “the lady who makes cakes comes in the morning.” THATS NOT AN EXPLANATION, ITS JUST A STATEMENT. I am absolutely pissed off. When I asked if I get a discount for ruining my brothers birthday cake, he just mumbled and looked away. The lack of any kind of service is INFURIATING. Won’t ever return.

The Manager told me to eat paper off cone which was unprofessional. My husband asked him if he would tell his family to eat the paper he said No. His name was Nick he was a young kid. I asked if I can get this cone replaced cause paper stuck and he said paper is edible eat the paper. If not he said I would have to charge you for another one.
Too much air in their scoops. They don’t pack the scoops so it’s gone in two bites. I’ve asked them to pack the scoops and they don’t, so I stopped going to this location. Baskin Robbins is delicious but too expensive to not get what you pay for. Oh, and they have the nerve to ask for a tip….

Good thing BR still have delicious ice cream and waffles bowl but terrible customer. We came in as a group at night time and need more chairs outside and shift manager came out told us not bring chair outside. Bad attitude and no managerial skill to accommodate or give us a good reason not to. The server was good and knowledgeable to help our order. But the manager should be fired or disciplined. We will not come back again. Bad service!

Very nice people. The birthday cake ordered was on time and absolutely delicious The store is very clean. Highly recommend. This is the BEST Baskin-Robbins in San Antonio and the surrounding area.
