Oh my goodness, the excuses I got for the delay and screw-up of my order were so ridiculous that I felt like sending the franchise owner a bill for my wasted time and brain cells dealing with their clueless employee. My dad went to pick up our order and it took three employees to figure out it was sitting right in front of them the whole time. Then I asked for my thin crust pizza to be cut into pie slices, yeah, that didn’t happen because, you guessed it, TOO MANY ORDERS CAME IN AT ONCE!!! I mean, come on, making a pizza isn’t exactly brain surgery. If you can’t handle this simple job, how do you make it through the day without getting lost on the way home?! It’s like they say, if you can’t take the heat, stay out of the pizza kitchen! Or better yet, maybe they should just stick to making toast!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had to take a moment to shout out the amazing team at this Domino’s location! I ordered pizza last night and was really looking forward to the tots—but they were out. I mentioned I was pregnant and craving them (hello, pregnancy cravings 😅), and without hesitation, the team went above and beyond. They gave me a fettuccini pasta instead, and the manager even told me to come back the next day and he’d comp the tots for me!
I returned today and they kept their word—no hassle, just kindness and great customer service. I’m honestly so thankful. In a world where customer service can be hit or miss, this Domino’s nailed it. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious both times. Don’t let the bad reviews fool you—this place is doing it right. Thank you for making this hungry mama’s day! 💛🍕🥰

Worst customer service ever. Messed up my pizza order today. I tried to call when I received my order only to be placed on hold twice. After nearly 10 minutes on hold each time, the line went dead. My order was 2 medium cheese, only pizzas. Had some kind of meat in it, so threw away. Now my Wisconsin pizza was supposed to have chicken added to it and didn't after being charged for it. It's no wonder this location has an overall 3.6 rating. Not good, Dominos.

I ordered pizzas for a graduation for delivery @11:15 it is currently 12:13pm and still haven’t received the order. When I reached out to the store, the Manager answered the phone David and he was extremely hostile and rude. I did explain to him that the order was suppose to be delivered at 11:15 which he responded that “it wasn’t his fault that myself and everyone else ordered at the same time”. I asked to speak to his supervisor which he indicated he was the supervisor. I would be embarrassed to have David as the face for domino’s or in a manager position. There was no apology or empathy for being over a hour late with the delivery. I then asked for the corporate number he refused to give it to me and told me to look it up. Just really disappointed and disgusted with his customer service overall! Do better on who you have workin for you Dominos!
The customer service was exceptional. Ask for Ryan. He's fantastic.

OMG …. The doors were locked and no one could get in…… Customers were pissed….. Locked doors so I called and asked why….. not allowed to speak to Manager on Duty, Kenneth Moon so I asked him…..mo answer. I said they usually means you are were doing something you shouldn’t be doing. He asked what is the nature of your call ?? I asked were you all drinking or doing some kind of drugs…… HE NEVER DENIED THE ACCUSATION, NEVER, he just tried to change the subject. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, AVOID THIS SHADY LOCATION AT ALL COSTS….. Amazing how this place got worse not better…..

Food is always really good. Surprising because in the past it was so so. Still a lot of staff turnover so service can be spotty but overall when I get the urge I love re-ordering from them.
