I do rarely give places 5 stars but honestly this pizzeria is by far the best place for wood authentic Italian pizza. He imports his ingredients from Italy. Beautiful spot for friends and family to eat. His customer service rocks man what a great guy

Sergio’s pizza is AMAZING! Best I’ve had in San Antonio, and every bit as good as the great pizzas I ate while in his native Sicilia! PS: I had the Rústica and am looking forward to trying the meat lovers next time.

Almost the perfect woodfire pizza. Definitely the best I've found in san antonio. Dough is perfectly cooked. Light but with substance. Crisp on the bottom but still got good flop and not burnt. Sauce could use a little extra something. Or maybe just more sauce. Everything else was perfect.
PS: don't get the salad. It's a pizza truck. The salad will disappoint 😆

I went in person to this place a year ago and the pizza was probably the best I’ve had in San Antonio. Today I ordered it and it was honestly terrible I ate one slice and was truly disappointed. Quality has gone down hill. I love cheese but the cheese to crust ratio was like 4:1 I felt like I was just eating melted cheese. Barely any sauce at all or toppings. Very disappointing.

Sergio is amazing. He is very friendly and professional and makes you feel welcomed.The pizzas are the best I've ever had. The wood flame flavor adds more flavor to the pizza.
COME OUT TO OLD TOWN HELOTES! If you love good food, good drinks, and some pickleball drinks, get over here!!! Ok, this pie is excellent. Cooked in wood burning oven with mesquite wood. Perfectly charred, soft dough, good sauce. Come. By to find out why!

I’m a Jersey girl who loves pizza and this place was highly rated. I came to order 4 pizzas, but unfortunately didn’t get to try it.

Sergio is the best. He's from Italy! Having had NY and North NJ pizza, this is the closest thing to it in San Antonio that I have found. His flour is sourced from Italy! The crust is how you would expect a good Italian pizza to be. It supports the slice, and you can fold it when you eat it. Always flavorful, and we usually ask for a little extra sage.😋
My go-to order is the Rustica. The vegetarian with Italian sausage is very good too. We haven’t tried everything he makes, but I'm hard pressed to want to order a pie (pizza) from anywhere else, and we've tried a few. See what you think. Buon appetito!
