I just left the drive through without completing my order because the order taker was either half asleep or high. There were these long pauses and she kept on asking me to repeat myself.
Then she gave me a wrong total. When I corrected her, I got another long pause. Then she informed me that she thought that I ordered something else. So I left.

Wow! Thank you Adaris at Helotes KFC! Best KFC I’ve ever had! Actually best fried chicken in San Antonio period. And I am a KFC connoisseur as well as fried chicken in general. This KFC has a super clean, super friendly customer service, Bisquit’s are melt in your mouth delish! Just very impressed with this restaurant. No joke, all restaurants in Helotes and San Antonio should take notes from these employees!
Ordered from this location through DoorDash and for the second time in a row I’m missing items from my order. They should really do some sort of quality check before the complete the order.

Low score due to drive-thru person being unprofessional. Nothing makes you want to visit a Location like being treated like you are a PITA (pain in the butt) especially after going inside and no one ever came to the counter to take order…… Double failure ⭐️

I have ordered from this location multiple times. They frequently would make me wait up to an hour for my food because they would rarely have it ready. They would typically tell me to wait about 20 minutes but would end up being at least 40. Due to this, I started using the app to order ahead of time for the food to be ready at a particular time. That went well for a few times, but the past 2 times were not so good. Last week I went and had to wait about 10 minutes. Tonight, I ordered my food to be ready at 7. I got there at 7:04 and was told to wait 20 minutes for the chicken. At 7:30, I went in and was told it would be 16 more minutes. I demanded my money back, but they refused and claimed I had to call a 1800 number for that. I went to Bush’s and got my chicken there in less than the 16 minutes I would have had to wait. I also had to call that number and give all kinds of personal info just to get my refund!

Ordered at 11am on a Saturday. Only customer there. Ordered 8 PC got home with 7 and the pieces were tiny. Very disappointed.
