I have to admit, even as hard as it is to say, the Filet I had was better than mine even, and I cook a mean filet! Service was top notch! Never had to try to flag someone down for drink refills, tables were spaced far enough apart to not feel crowded even though the place was busy! The food was 5* in itself! Great flavors on everything ordered at our table!
I will definitely come back on my next trip to San Antonio and would even look for Saltgrass in other cities I visit now!!

I made it back again... Had to get another Filet, got the Filet Oscar, the crab meat was delicious!!
Keep up the good work team, see you when I come back to town next year!!

I placed a curbside order today and sat in the to go and delivery for over 30 minutes, waiting for someone to come out to deliver the food. I called to see what was taking so long, and I was informed that they no longer do curbside. Now I have cold food to take home with. I am sorry it is fairly new. Will I am sure you had to see me parked in the to go and delivery parking for 30 mins. At least have the courtesy to call you customer to let them know you no longer are doing curbside when they place an order stating very clearly on your website you can order curbside. So, neededless to say, the cold, greasy food went into the trash. Horrible customer service with sorry it is fairly new.

No star was given because I wasn't served any food only excuses that the kitchen was slammed. I heard this from the to go agent and 3 managers. What should have been 20 to 30 minutes for 2 well done steaks took over 47 minutes and I was still waiting. I finally asked for my money back and did not enjoy the disappearing act from what I guess was another manager, so I just walked out without food nor my money, a little over $60. I was just looking forward to a steak dinner followed by my daughter's wizard of oz play. How many managers does it take to get 2 well done steak dinners under an hour? I couldn't tell you, I didn't stick around enough time to find out.

Plenty of waiting area seats, and we only waited 15 min on a busy Saturday night at 8pm. The service was 5 stars all the way around! The food was excellent...my steak was cooked exactly as I ordered. The drinks from the bar were delicious and generous. Our server was the sweetest and very attentive. Loved the atmosphere and general ambiance. Will absolutely be coming back!!! Thank you for such a nice evening as we brought my mom too from out of town.

One of the best hidden gems on the Far West side of San Antonio! I'm originally from the east coast and having a hard time finding "good" food in this area. This place has become a favorite! Food was good! Service was excellent! Restaurant was clean!
