My wife and I have been having horrendous service from steak places along with wrong cooked food. We were very hesitant in coming here but against our better judgement we went for it. Our waiter Jayden was outstanding. Very informative on the menu and always smiling. We finally had an amazing experience, as well as tender perfectly cooked steaks. We want to say “Thank You Jayden”for making it an amazing evening for us.

Today was my first time going here and I’ve lived close by for a couple of years already. The staff was so awesome. It wasn’t just the server who checked on us we had multiple people, we never had to ask for refills or any condiments. Food was very delicious as well. 10/10 will be back to this location.

Carey was our service at this establishment today. This is our first time at this location and we would travel far and wide just to come back and experience the team camaraderie that we did today. The atmosphere was great thanks to the staff. The food was amazing, the restaurant was clean, including the restrooms. The food was brought out in a timely manner, and our server went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. We were greeted and even had the door open for us as we said goodbye. Definitely five stars will be back soon.

I don’t usually write a review, but I had to today… I came in to eat at saltgrass and everything was going fine. The bartender Zachary had excellent service and was on top of everything. Well while I was eating, a manager with short, grey hair started being very rude to her employee, to the point where I even heard her tell this employee, that the problem the employee had wasn’t as important as everything else, and that just doesn’t sit right with me, especially with me being a restaurant owner..

Not the best :( this was our first time trying Saltgrass, my husband picked up curbside (order under David T) to celebrate a special occasion. Maybe dine in is better? Picked food up on time but it was cold, steak was very chewy, not well seasoned and overly well done despite asking for medium well. Baked potato under cooked. Husband said his burger was also a bit bland. Was very excited to try saltgrass but unfortunately I do not think we will be back I'm sorry! :(

Typical food chain, not the best choice of tequila but beats having to make our steak dinner after a long week. The sweet potato was too sweet for my taste, I think they added too many spices. Prime rib was good. Shrimp also good, asparagus good, salad pretty basic, too much cheese.

Excellent service. Great tasting food. A bit noisy , though, for a Monday night. 🤷♂️ was hoping for a nice, quiet evening with my wife, but it's the first day of thanksgiving week , so there were big parties around. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our delicious food! Perfectly cooked steak and pork chops. My side of shrimp were hot and crisp, as were our Range Rattlers. We'll definitely return soon.
I brought my boyfriend for his birthday steak dinner, his first visit. Our steak was cooked to perfection. Our server, Ryan, was very attentive and polite. It has been a while we’ve been out for dinner and had such a pleasant experience. Keep it up!
