If I could give no stars I would. $60 worth of food all wrong, ordered 12 tacos no lettuce for my kid who doesn’t eat lettuce. They all had lettuce on them, when I showed them they said sorry but only took off the lettuce off the top 4 from the case so when I checked it looked right. Everything else was overcooked or very sloppy thrown together. If you can’t handle the school rush then maybe close up shop. Very disappointed and won’t be going to this one again any time soon.

This location messed up my order on Friday. Beef Crunchwrap Supreme had no meat. Wasn’t thrilled about that but it was too late to go back. I called and told them I had a problem with my order who could I speak with. The gentleman was super nice and wrote down for me, apologized, and gave me his name. Seemed like no big deal really. I went in today to pick it up and got the third degree from Emily. I was told the individual who took care of me wasn’t authorized to offer a remake on the item that was messed up. Honestly the customer service form the original person was fabulous and the service from Emily at time of pickup was awful. Emily was really ugly how she approached me basically saying he wasn’t authorized to do that so sorry I can’t give you a replacement item. I told her I am the customer if an employee should or shouldn’t have done something thats not my problem. My order was messed up and it was 7 bucks I’m not paying for a messed up order. Emily needs a lot of help on customer service and a smile wouldn’t hurt. I had my receipt, I had the name of who I spoke with, and it was appropriately logged for the other employees to know I called. Jordan you were fabulous and your service was fabulous. Five stars. Emily, you need a lot of help in customer service if I could give you a negative star I would. Awful experience for something that was a five star experience from Jordan.

They no longer put tomatoes in their tacos. I posted this on social media, corporate asked me what store this was? Its the Helotes store on 1560. When it closes , you will know why..

This location used to be top tier. Terrible service. Terrible food. Terrible attitudes. All around.. go else where. You don’t want to spend hard earned money at an establishment that serves cold soggy food, missing items and doesn’t have the customer service competency to make it right. This is what happens when teenagers are “managers” of an establishment. ALL the food was AWFUL. Believe the terrible food/wrong order/missing items reviews it’s really that bad, and the closing staff.. believe those reviews also. Absolutely terrible!

Food is okay. No service, as it's order your own and pick up your own. This restaurant was filthy. Teenagers walking around bare foot. Table and drink area needed a good wipe down. Maybe 5 people in the restaurant .

We came to this Taco Bell last evening using safari maps from south of a dark 1604. There were no lights illuminating the road nor signage to tell us the name of the roads at the intersections. We were in the right lane of the two left turn lanes at the turn signal and needed to get in the left lane as the Taco Bell was on the left side of the road. There was a driver in the left lane we slowed down to get behind the pickup and the driver decided to make a U turn right after the curbing ran out. The Taco Bell was mostly dark and we weren’t sure they were even open…but they were and we were thus able to make this awful journey at least quite tasty.
