hi , we visited this location on 2/17/2025 at 2:00pm the staff was horrible, they were all really argumentative and unwilling to help customers . i’m extremely disappointed. we love taco bell and have been customers at this location for years . we have never been disrespected at a fast food location lol the way we were today. good luck to the managers ! i feel for you

Everything was good. My kids had to do the Kiosk.
I get the reason behind the Kiosk. I prefer one on one.
Inside was cleaned and had all condiments and utensils.
We normally go through Drive Thru, I wanted my kids to get the Full Taco Bell Experience inside.

First thing is the smell inside. It smells like old mop water and grease. No one up front to take your order or if you have questions. They have order kiosks now. They don't even bring your food to the table. They might as well have us make our own order, at least it will be right. I ordered extra cheese on my bean burrito and paid .75 cents extra. It had a ton of onions and a very small amount of cheese. And because the beans were lukewarm the little amount of cheese didn't even melt. The most disappointing was the new chicken nuggets. They had a burnt grease taste on the breading and one of them had just a sliver of chicken inside. The sauce was terrible and whenI asked to try a different sauce, they charged me .27 cents for it. I should have exchanged the little slivered nugget for it. Ugh! They did have great Christmas music playing so I bumped up the atmosphere rating by a star for that. Oh well another disappointing meal at Taco Bell.

I’m half and half with this place. I really love their food, it’s actually clean and they’ve never messed up orders, but their customer service is really bad and awkward. Just coming from someone who’s worked multiple restaurant jobs, fast food or sit down. I’ve seen elderly people come up and try to order and they tell them to go use the kiosk even though they’re not doing anything. They saw me come in and order my food, I went to the front because typically they forget to give you your cup so I was just gonna ask for it and I stood for 7 minutes while the manager stood a few feet away and everyone just stared at me. Nobody asked what was needed it was really intensely awkward because at that point I was like if I walk away I feel weirder, and I notice it’s like that for everybody. But it’s good if you just want a quick drive through
What you'd expect from Taco Bell, just crazy how expensive it has gotten. I remember it being a pretty cheap meal back a few years ago. Not really the restaurants fault, more a corporate issue.

Not sure why my kids like this place, but this is the worst service and overpriced garbage anyone can eat/order. They’ve mess up multiple times when ordering , and instead of offering to replace the order they screwed up they want me to drive back 30 minutes out of my way, waste gas, and time, to return the food I didn’t order. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never order from here again.

Taco Bell in Helotes is the best by far if taco bell is what your craving. They even label the burritos and give enough sauce to enjoy you food properly

I ordered take out and asked for a VEGGIE Mexican pizza. Emphasis on the VEGGIE. And I got a Mexican pizza with BEEF in it. And I am a vegetarian. One shouldn’t have to check to make sure their food is right, it should already be what was ordered. I am very disappointed because I usually go to this location for meals that I crave. Will no longer go to this location anymore. It seems like their cook doesn’t look at what customers have ordered or just give whatever they have.
