This place needs to go ahead and shut the doors. Give it to Sonic or something. People there don't care. Stopped taking orders ahead of time over the phone, and the food is always bad, old, smashed...stupid expensive. The ice cream is still good, but way overpriced and not even worth the money with all the good stuff at the grocery stores now. Also, it's difficult to trust any cleanliness in this place. New management, all the time, never has enough employees, and they make sure that you know how much they hate their job there. Bad. Bad. Bad 👎

The music was not liked by anyone in the restaurant at the time. The employees where not knowledgeable of anything. One guy didn't know what a flipping tater tot was for christ sakes. And the tables were dirty. And the AC was leaking all over the floor and in seating areas.. Customers were complaining of orders taking forever to get and I was warned by them when I walked into the door of that. The only thing good about it was there was a bathroom to relieve myself. Oh and the AC was on point.

I just opened my burger at home and it has no meat on it. Just wow. My job prevents me from returning for an actual burger. Wasted my time and money. Of course I’ll never return.

I’ve worked at Dairy Queen twice in the past. Not at this location. My pregnancy craving was a Jalitos Ranch Burger, but I’m not able to eat the big burger. In the past it’s never been an issue and while working at Dairy Queen customers would order it this way all the time, I had asked for a hunger buster Jr made as the jalitos ranch burger. The young girl taking my order said okay. I pull up and she said she didn’t know what I was talking about so I told her again. She asked if they could just put the jalitos on the side. If I had ordered pepper jack cheese, jalitos, and ranch on the side sure, but I didn’t lol. She rolls her eyes tries to slam the window and goes and gets her manager and cook and i over hear them saying they can’t do that lol. It’s simple, hunger buster jr, add what needs to be added. But I wasn’t about to argue, so I just got a regular hunger buster jr.
