I have been going to the Hemphill BBQ for a few years now and I love their moist brisket and all the pies they make in house. The owners, Charles and Larry are great people and love to engage the customers in conversation. The staff are fantastic. Those ladies work hard and it shows (make sure you tip). I highly recommend this place when you are in the Hemphill area.
I was treated today so I didn't know the prices but I posted the menu. The slice beef was pretty decent and smoked nicely. Service was quick like fast food they were on it right away.

All the food was very good and they serve some very tasty home made pies. I'll be eating here weekly now that I'm moving to the lake.
Salute to the pit master and a big smile to the lady whom makes those heavenly pies.
