Ayala's Cafe is always a wonderful experience! From the tasty menu options and the fabulous coffee to the friendly staff, we always enjoy ourselves at Ayala's! (Would definitely recommend trying a coffee for breakfast, or if you happen to be around for lunch...GREEN SAUCE ... it's the way to go, trust me!!)

I went here recently for lunch with 9 people and the waitress was very attentive, the food was excellent, and they had seating available for all of us. I have found my new "secret spot"!

On the drive from Houston to Austin, we didn’t pre game our breakfast. Imagine how happy we were when these home made flour tortillas were set down before us with eggs scrambled up with perfect chorizo and another with eggs Mexicana. The roasted tomatillo salsa tasted very home made, the refried beans were smoky and the hash browns had bits that were crispy mixed with cooked potato. If it’s early enough, you might luck out and get a booth on the right when you walk in. The service was friendly and great.

Stopped by on my way to Austin. The food tastes homemade and fresh and the service is outstanding. The staff is friendly and makes you feel welcomed. I ordered the Breakfast bowl with over easy eggs served over a bed of potatoes, corn, beans, pico and avocado. My cousin ordered the breakfast tacos: (mexican tacos and egg and bacon). They served us complementary chips and salsa as well. The food was delicious 😋 and the coffee is good coffee as well. The ambiance is sort of Mexican and cutely decorated. The owner Elizabeth was so kind and caring, she came to our table to talk to us and get to know us. She made sure everything was to our satisfaction. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a good homemade breakfast

We come to Ayala’s on the way out of town and they never disappoint. The owner and the staff are all so friendly. We visited for my birthday and we were not expecting anything, but they surprised me and sang happy birthday. They have great food and the staff is super friendly. We love this place.

So disappointed in my experience. When we were seated they bought chips & salsa to the table. My husband & I shared a Quasadilla plate that included rice & beans. & had water. Cost $12.99
When we were leaving I asked my husband why price changed to $17.99. He went back in & asked. Because we shared a plate they charged for chips & salsa & not told this.. Last time will stop or recommend. People your food is not good enough to charge $4 for chips out of a bag & lame salsa. It's not the money it's taking advantage of us by not telling us the upcharge. We always share & never penalized for it.
