Disappointed, don't recommend. Food tasted soapy, sauce was generic, and my (very dry) chopped brisket plate came with a tiny roll to eat it with because they didn't tell me they were out of texas toast until after I paid. Spent $66.77 and didn't get enough food to feed myself and my girlfriend, both of us left hungry. Overpriced, nasty and bad costumer service. Do not go.

The workers were really nice, and my food came out quickly, but my 1/2 pound of chicken breast was not good. It was weirdly chewy and did not have much flavor at all.

I mostly order from here through Uber eats. My order is never right or they always out of something. Takes them forever to make the orders. Y’all really need to do better this location is giving dickeys a real bad name!

Don't come here in the evening. They like to clean early so they can leave early. The don't want to have to make anything. Duckies food is always good but this service is horrible. Go to bucees. It ain't far away.

Just left and here's my experience.Got in line with only one guy ahead of me and another 2 customers joined in, but rather than taking our orders so that we could browse around the store, she made us wait to leisurelessly prepare only one guys small order, avoiding eye contact, knowing full and well what she was doing was annoying, finally returns to the register. I ask for brisket fries and she then tells me the fryer is broken.One, I doubt that I'm willing to bet it simply wasn't turned on.Two, it would have been nice to know before having to wait forever for nothing.Good riddance.
Francisco went above and beyond dealing with the situation of having items that were out. Not his fault. Great attitude, and professional. ...

We were ordering from Dickey's Barbecue Pit at least twice a week as I had just got out of the hospital and couldn't do much cooking. In the beginning it was good but the last 2 order's weren't edible. The brisket was burnt (and No we didn't request burnt ends). One of the order's of fried okra was so salty it couldn't be eaten and we three it away. They never have the fried onion strings and both times I paid for extra onions and pickles but didn't receive them.
