While the employees at this location are tyically friendly, the last few times our pizza's have not been good. This time I ordered two (2 - topping) specials (sausage and black olives) and in my 64 years of life, this was the absolute worst pizza I've ever eaten. You damn near needed a microscope to find the sausgae on either pizza. Last straw for me, my patronage is over here. I grew up in Michigan and was privy to Dominos as a kid, while it may be a thriving enterprise now, the food quality has become absolute trash.

The employees are always very friendly. The pizza is delicious and made perfect. You can tell they put effort into making the food right instead of just slapping it together like I’ve seen at other locations. This is a great spot for delicious pizza and friendly employees. I also love how late they stay open because sometimes you’re really hungry and not much is open that late.

This place is a joke the staff and management are liars they tell you what u want to hear then they act like it never happened , they shorted me on my pizza Toppings and when I called they credit me with a pizza and when I tried to claim it they said it wasn’t on their system so unprofessional never getting pizza there again !!

It must be so cool to be in an area that is growing such that you can turn off customers, but think you have others to sustain your business. The problem is, it's not a sustainable model and with 1000+ new homes will come more competition and you will not stay around. I wrote the manager in the email address and received no reply. So, it is not possible to care less. We ordered 5 pizzas for a party. I did it ahead in the app, and selected extra sauce for all 5. However, I am aware of the fact that they rarely add extra sauce even with the flag, so I called in addition to the weborder to be extra sure. I spoke to someone who confirmed my order and promised to add a lot more sauce than even the extra flag...that's when the fun must have happened. I suppose they thought it would be a great prank to do no sauce on several and barely any on 1. the exact opposite of what I wanted. It's a 40 minute trip to and from so I could not go back and get it corrected. That's why I wrote the manager...who failed to care enough to write back. Good news, Backdoor pizza is fantastic and whilst a bit more money, it gets the order right and that makes the pizza edible...$73 for sauceless, bitter pizza that can't vs $100 for pizza that is great, makes this an easy decision. I don't want an auto reply telling me to write your address that receives no reply...and I don't want a free pizza for my next order. I want you to train your team and get it right for the next people. I mean I ordered online AND called, can't you teach people you pay to care?

We tried ordering here when we first moved into the area; I called twice, both times resulted in someone yelling at me from the other end for unknown reasons, and hanging up. These calls were weeks apart.
We never successfully ordered from here, despite our best efforts.

I ordered online said delivery time is 18-29 minutes 30 minutes after it came out of the oven it’s still at the store I called to find out when it’s going to be delivered I was told 2-3 hours and they said they could refuse to deliver my order as I’m outside the delivery area which I am not if I was the website wouldn’t let me order next thing I know they cancel my order this is bullshit these people are rude and just plain lazy

This is by far the worst pizza I e ever gotten from any dominos. When I ordered I was told 30 minutes and it would be delivered. Over an hour later it showed up. Then once I opened the box I found this hard overcooked and cold pizza.

This is the third time getting wings with no sauce this is ridiculous they cost too much damn money for this shit.
Never really had a bad experience at this domino's. Not crazy about their wings, but other than that the food and service has always been good.
Service was great. Pizza was a little too saucy for my liking.
