Asked to have the sauce on the side for my burger but they just removed to completely. I asked again for a small sample of the sauce but never received it, I hadn't tried it so I was sure I'd I liked it. They are always slow and it takes an extended time to get food. You also have to request changes to your burger otherwise they might give you previously made burgers that were put under the warmer.

Jack closed at 4:37a.m Friday night / Saturday morning. Just got off work no food
Order online and when I got my order and went home my order was wrong and i feel skimmed on my order my sandwich was not what I order it barely had any onions only three small pieces and the cheese was barely on my chicken only the end of the sandwich and the chicken wasn't the spicy like I order and I had onions rings to go with it and I only got four and the picture description show more then four more like eight and no where does it say how many or it's only four so more like false advertisement seems like I was shorted on my food more then what I payed for

Give the night workers on 12/11/24 a raise!!! Food was cooked to perfection, amazing attitudes from all 3 of them especially the young lady who handled all the talking. They really know how to take care of a customer at 1:30 in the morning.
