Out of this world Q. I love you bbq, I eat a lot of bbq, and I’m hooked on this place. Just had it the first time about 6 weeks ago and I go just about everyday when working nearby. My go-to is the regular sausage plate or sandwich in sweet sauce with double tater salad. Service is great. Place is clean. And, if I’ve learned one thing in life it’s that anywhere I see a lot of cops eating is dang ol’ gooooooood eats baby.

Dropped off 3 hogs for them to process, and they did a fantastic job. The hot chorizo is absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be coming back next time!

Great neighborhood market for various meat. I love the seasoned steak that you can request, and my new favorite is the frozen stuffed whole chickens! DELICIOUS!!

Dropped a doe off on a Monday at 5:50 pm and got a call 24hrs later to pick up my order it was ready, perfectly packaged! Thanks again

Just visited today, 7/30/2024. Kim and the other young lady that was working with her were both extremely friendly and gave the best customer service experience I've had in awhile. Then, I tasted the food....that chopped beef sandwich was delicious!!!!! I definitely recommend it!!!!!!

Out of towner, stopped in for some local cuts. I bought jalapeno and chipotle sausages. Cooked them up tonight, and they were out of this world. The woman working the front was kind and helpful. Store was tidy with lots to choose from. I highly recommend.

Our cashier Sondra was very helpful in our purchase. She greeted us and we told her it was our first visit. Great service and very good prices. We will definitely be back again!

I bought a brisket and it was not a good cut and didn't get much help from them on how to pick a good one. Tried to get ribs from them, but they were frozen.

It's my fault for not knowing how to buy a good brisket. They should have taken the time to ensure I got what I was looking for. They looked at me as if I should know. ( Which is not good customer service.)

I recommend that if you work at a meat market, you should be able to articulate what the customer needs as the customer explains their reasons for being there.

Do not get your hide processed here I dropped mine off 17 months ago and just got it back. When I got home I realized my hide was not only dirty it had hundreds of burrs in it, and I called and the manager and he told me it wasn't feasible for them to remove the burrs, horrible service

Very satisfied with service and product. Had sausage made, and could not be more happy. Everyone that I dealt with was down-to-earth, nice to know there are still places that make you feel good about dealing with.?????
