The food is consistently delicious and the service excellent! The restaurant is nice and clean and well decorated. The only complaint I have is that it is always freezing inside even though I always take a sweater.
My child really likes chicken broth, I have never bought anything else or eaten at the restaurant, I have only ordered takeout, but the lady who served me does not seem very friendly.
Worth stopping for!! The locals seem to know the place so this review is for those passing thru Hempstead.
Classic Tex-Mex at it's small town finest.
I stopped by on a sunny HOT Texas summer afternoon. The inside was cool and quiet with colorful decorations resembling a Mexican courtyard.Due to the heat and time of the day, I opted for the "Summer Plate" it did not disappoint. Lots of fresh vegetables, savory beef and plenty of shredded Cheese....
