I came to the driveway and asked for a double quarter pounder with cheese and a medium fry. Was it treated too nice?Was told the price thought it was a little cheap drove off.Didn't get a receipt in the bag.Girl looked at me stupid and then I discovered that I only had a quarter pounder, which is instead of a double quarter pound over cheese, which that's what I asked for twice. And the guy at the first window repeated my order back to me.Double quarter pounder with cheese and fry. I didn't get it.Not very happy about it might not be back again. Retrain your employees to give good customer service and to pay attention.And to give receipts. The food was good.I must admit even though I was disappointed.I didn't get what I ordered.The food was great.The grilled people did their job.The service people didn't do their job. Do better people

It's McDonald's. It's fast food. With that being said, very rarely have I had an issue at this location. I see many of the same workers when I go there and I can say they are very nice.
Be clear and concise with your order and be patient with the person taking your order. I promise, that will improve the experience on both ends. I wish I could name some of them, but I can't remember the names but in my experience they're pretty chill if you are. This is a good location. At the very least it's 4 stars.

The girl that took our order did not give it to us for dine in, didn't even ask. Their ketchup dispenser was empty. All the inside trash containers were full. There was a nice gentleman that made sure we had everything we needed.

Ever since the old manager left the food has been very subpar. The fries are either going to be extremely cold because they mass drop them by the pound looks like and they have loads of fries just sitting there or they're going to be fresh, but severely undercooked. Like white and soggy undercooked, no in between. The sandwiches are going to be stale and old as well. The guy manager there (I belive he's Asian or chinese) is very rude and gets an attitude when you ask for fresh food that you're PAYING FOR! now I go maybe 15 mins out the way to the next one for better service and food.
