I have been living in and out of the area for years and never stopped by. Well yesterday was the day to stop. The food and service was horrible. The fish was fried way too hard and had no seasoning on anything. My husband had the fish and I had baked Tilapia and veggies. Neither of them had seasoning. The Tilapia was so hard that I could not eat it. We ended up paying over $50 for the meals and walked out. I would suggest not dropping in. Also there was one staff member working the bar and tables. She also said that she was assisting with cooking as well. I am assuming the Asian lady was the owner or Supervisor. She had two kids (boy/girl) coming in and out of the kitchen.

Wasn’t sure what to expect. Happened to go in one day that it was a bit dead inside but I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! Be sure to get the shrimp. Either the poboy or the fried shrimp plate. Perfect.

I was served cold vermicelli in a hard ball with lots of lettuce and half cooked charbroiled pork. When I spoke with the owner, she argued with me that was what I normally get...wrong...I won't be back.

Door dash Dinner #1 Med rare Rib eye baked potato and broccoli and carrots. Rib eye looked like newyork strip. Over cooked couldn't chew it went to the garbage Baked potato was mashed potatoes served on square of foil with cheese and butter. Dinner#2 Chicken fried steak over cooked when cut with a knife it disintegrated to crumbles of crispy over cooked meat, cream gravey was dark brown and tested terrible. Baked potato was 3 red new potatoes with butter. Baked potatoes where supposed to be all the way.. Not even baked potato! Dinner#3 fried shrimp Shrimp was crispy but had rubber texture. All where disappointed, will not order from there ever again. This the 3rd time !!! 8-02-2025 Steve

I have the Pho white meat chicken. The taste was ok and I would order it again. But it definitely was missing something. Also had the all you can eat crab and shrimp. Both were very good and we would strongly recommend it. Over all it was a good experience . The owners were very friendly and if we are ever out this way again we would stop back in.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad and I received a salad with iceberg lettuce, hard grilled chicken. It had yellow cheese and thousand Island dressing and it was loaded with dressing. It was very very disgusting. I asked for another salad with no dressing And then they undercooked chicken this place used to be really good now is the worst place to eat in Hempstead A Caesar salad is supposed to be made of Romain lettuce, croutons, Parmesan cheese, and balsamic vinegar I was very disappointed

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my first visit to your restaurant with my wife and child on July 5, 2024. We arrived at approximately 6 PM.While we were there, I observed a woman working at the front desk engaging in unhygienic behavior by picking her nose. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable, especially in a food establishment. If you need to verify this incident, I suggest reviewing your security footage from that evening.Additionally, I requested a to-go box, but instead ended up wasting money as we felt compelled to throw the food away due to the unsanitary behavior we witnessed. Moreover, the same employee showed visible irritation when my 1-year-old daughter grabbed spoons from her hand. She looked at my daughter with disgust until my wife intervened by looking at her.This experience has left us feeling very uneasy about the cleanliness and overall standards of your restaurant. I hope that you will address this issue promptly to ensure it does not happen again.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I don't like to leave bad reviews but this place food was nasty. We order 6 different plates and non of them were good. Not enjoyable food.WASTE OF MONEY Spring rolls (fishy) peanut sauce (worst one) Vermicelli (tasted just like pepper and extream salty) Rice pork plate( salty not good charc meat) Lomein (vegetables good) (steak bad) Catfish( dry) Chicken nuggets (no flavor)
