I ordered a BLT with extra bacon. Not only was there no extra bacon but did not even cover the bread one time. I work in that town but the worst $6 sandwich ever. I get them at Tomball and it is loaded with bacon. Not Hempstead!!

Sonic as a company is going downhill and I was worried to stop here after the ren fair. But wow was I surprised. Food was hot and crispy. Drinks were actually right. I’m fully happy and will stop back by next year!

I placed a mobile order being a truck driver hard to get to these places but was thankful one across street where I’m parked places order walked over got food but not the ice cream for my dog asked where it was she was rude said machine is broke and I said id like a refund she said that’s not my problem so contacted main office got told will put free cone on app with any purchase like wtf that’s not how it works

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. I got what looks like a hamburger that is horribly made. Very horrible experience will not be going back. Sitting outside the window waiting to pay and receive what I ordered took way to long. They weren't busy nobody was behind me. You could hear yelling coming from employers inside.

This is the worst Sonic! Service is horrible. It takes forever to get your order, even when you order ahead. They can’t keep employees so only drive-thru open most days. Don’t waste your time and/or money!
Didn’t want to honor their $1.99 chili and cheese hotdog deal. Didn’t care at all, I will not be doing business here. I will take my business elsewhere!

I ordered my things online. I still had to wait 15 min for my food. There was no one ahead of us. The food was cold not made how I asked and the slushes were not working. Why customize things when they don't follow the directions. Both burgers were made wrong, the tots were ok, the fries extra greasy and the French toast was cooked to long. They forgot the drink and I had to remind them so they ran back and got it. It has really gone down in the past two months.

When you order a drink with real fruit is it too much to ask that the drink has the fruit in it? Ordered a line coke but no lime flavor or actual lime. Actually fairly typical for most Sonics?
