This Subway location is terrible. There are two older women who work there—one is the manager—and both are extremely rude. The manager and the other employee were disrespectful and unprofessional. The meat and vegetables did not seem fresh at all. I will never go back and I advise others to avoid this place.

Placed an online order at 12:00 PM, and it said it would be ready by 12:30 PM. I arrived at 12:52 PM and the sandwich still wasn’t ready. On top of that, they made the sandwiches wrong — they didn’t even add the cheddar cheese I paid for. Every time I come to this location, the older woman working here always has a bad attitude toward customers. If you’re having problems at home, leave them at home — and if you hate your job, find another one. Customers are the reason you have a job in the first place. Very disappointing experience today on 11/28/25 at 12:52 PM.

there were 2 old ladies working the day we came 11/16 at 2:30pm. They were so rude, complaining the whole time they were making sandwiches. We ordered on the app at 2:15, it said our order would be ready by 2:30. We walked in at 2:30 and we asked them about it and they haven’t even started the order. They can’t read, they asked me if there was no cheese on one of the sandwiches when on the online order ticket it said no cheese. They weren’t going to toast our sandwiches untill we asked if they were gonna toast them. The ticket said cheese on 2 sandwiches and one with no cheese. We asked if a sandwhich had cheese on it and they said no the ticket says 1 sandwhich with cheese and 2 without. They clearly can’t read. They were so rude, we said it was fine and they didn’t have to put cheese on it, then the old lady raised her voice and yelled at us what cheese after we said no cheese was fine. They need to be fired and not go back. They need to get their attitudes checked.

I ordered online and my sandwich was made nowhere near how I ordered it. They act like they have a complicated job make the freaking sandwich the way the order says . It’s simple. But then again, I brought it on myself. If they were educated, they would not be working at Subway.

AVOID THIS PLACE. We made an online order of 7 full veggie sandwiches(take out). When we entered the premises, to our dismay, the manager in an extremely rude way came barging at us telling that we have to wait for the order. She made it sound like she was doing a favor. We noticed there were only 2 veggie sandwiches and the rest were chicken and turkey. We plan on filing a consumer complaint on such a big lapse and horrible customer service. Super disappointed as subway is our go to place.
