Trash Taco Bell. Lack of care. Found hair in our taco. Wait was way to long. No fork in bag for salad. Bathroom lights were turned off with switch in the ceiling. Too much negatives added up for me not to post.

This place has really gone down hill this past year. Staff huddled up in the back office… no food being made. We waited 1 HOUR for our food. Would love to have been refunded but staff never came back to the counter. Finally got our food and our order was wrong! On top of all the drive thru orders were wrong. Manager needs to be more selective when hiring waitstaff and franchise owner needs to hire a better manager.

Taco Bell on 2150 FM 1488 had really bad service.My party pack tacos were soggy,nuggets were burnt,my nachos had old cheese and beans.spent $40.00 just to throw the food on the trash

Nightmare. Ordered a black bean item because meat makes me sick. They gave me beef instead!! Horrible attention to detail.
Food is typical Taco Bell. It needs sauce to be edible. If yall would have said you didn’t have sauce before I ordered or had a sign I wouldn’t have wasted $20 on lunch

Absolutely no real customer service here. Employees just chatting ignoring customers. Had ordered a quesadilla. Just put in to toast and walks away. Burnt. Didn't even take it out until you could smell the burning. Will post both sides of burnt quesadilla. As a trucker I've never had a worse experience anywhere in the country.
