Combo number 7 is what I got my child. At 11:50 pm on 8/23/25 Waste of money!
Never have I ever received a quesadilla like this!
My child was highly upset and disappointed.
No cheese barely anything covered the tortilla. Barely any filling and it wasn't even sliced in pieces like we normally get. The taco had no filling lettuce was most of it, not even cheese.
It felt like someone was playing a nasty trick my child said. He's 5 by the way. I always buy this meal for him when traveling and he's never complained in his life. I guess there is a first for everything. Service was trash as well.

Sloooooow. Waiting 30 mins+ for a burrito and a quesadilla when there's no one else dining in- is completely ridiculous. I can seriously make my own quesadilla/burrito, especially in that amount of time. These people don't understand the concept of fast food. . . The food is . . . definitely not worth waiting for.

Ordered online at 7:16pm and the app said it would be ready at 7:19pm. Went up there and waited past 8:00pm and then they said they gave my order to door dash and had to wait even longer for them to make it all over again.
The food itself is what you’d expect at Taco Bell , they’re just so slow and unorganized which seems to be most peoples experience. If you’re on a time crunch , DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

On the way home from a concert, hoping for some amazing Taco Bell. We got there, ordered our food, and the girl was so nice, but otherwise it was very disappointing. We ordered a cheesy roll-up, but they were apparently out of small tortillas, so they used flatbread. We also ordered two chicken quesadillas and only got one. Instead of using the creamy jalapeño sauce, they used what tasted like spicy ranch. We ordered pintos and cheese, which normally come with red sauce which it lacked, lastly we ordered sweet tea and it was NOT sweet. These 4 things took 15 minutes to get. Overall, we were very disappointed.

The service is ridiculously slow. Literally watching 5 people in the kitchen and getting maybe 1 order out in the 10 mins I have been waiting. It's definitely not fast food.
