Food is typical Taco Bell. It needs sauce to be edible. If yall would have said you didn’t have sauce before I ordered or had a sign I wouldn’t have wasted $20 on lunch

Absolutely no real customer service here. Employees just chatting ignoring customers. Had ordered a quesadilla. Just put in to toast and walks away. Burnt. Didn't even take it out until you could smell the burning. Will post both sides of burnt quesadilla. As a trucker I've never had a worse experience anywhere in the country.

I would’ve like to get some food but they don’t know how to open on time it’s 15 minutes after there open time and the doors are still locked. I guess I’ll go next door to McDonalds to eat.

Refused to take cash. They informed me that they didn’t have change, card only. Unlikely with it being 8 pm and they close at 1am but ok. So I then proceed to set my order up at the kiosk that they insisted I use. I made my order 14.83 or something very close. My intent was to give them 15 cash, no need for the change. Still refused after they sat there watching me do my own order for 2-4 minutes.

The workers locked the doors at 2:45pm in the afternoon. Not letting anyone in. There is about 5 truckers wanting to eat here but they won’t let anyone in and won’t let us order in the drive thru since we aren’t in cars. I don’t think Taco Bell would like it if I drove my semi thru the drive thru. 👎🏼

It’s an ok location. They really don’t say hello just “Hi use the screen to order!” They aren’t big on having conversations, just churning out food. It’s fine, I wasn’t there to tell my life story, but a friendly greeting while taking a break on a 3 hour drive would be ok.
