As a regular customer of Chic-fil-A here in Henderson, I ordered my lunch in the drive through and discovered that I didn't have my wallet. I could not back out and leave from the line due to cars behind me. Without batting an eye, Phoebe BLESSED me with my food with a smile on her face and said, "God is Good"

I normally order online and run in to p/u, well the manager (didnt know her name but she's a dark haired petite lady) met me at the door with my order, she said your always in a hurry so I thought id help you out! If you do not order on the app, they will get your order wrong. I ordered a salad and told the lady that I wanted a Cobb salad, sliced grilled chicken, extra egg and to add blue cheese and she put no cheese and put a whole fillet on my salad. Since I was on my lunch break, I was unable to go back and make them fix it the correct way. Very frustrating. Start listening carefully to your customers and repeat the order back to the customer to make sure that you have it correct.

Clean place and good food. People were very nice, had to bake fresh biscuits for us as we were getting there late for breakfast. As husband has said, this place is worthy of ‘5 red roosters’, lol. Definitely will be back!

I’d give it a 3.5 if I could. Staff are great. Food tastes good. But they are so slow and I’ve never seen them use both lanes so they just bottleneck two ordering lines into a slow single line. They should have a mobile order line at least.

My 2 year old has multiple food allergies. We stopped in for a quick breakfast. They were extra thorough in understanding his allergies and changed gloves before preparing his food. So grateful to have a a spot in Henderson that takes all possible precautions, even if it’s not a guarantee. Food was great! Service was phenomenal!

This has have to be the slowest CFA I have ever been to. I waited in the drive thru over 10minutes for a spicy sandwich. McDonald’s has a faster drive thru than this location.
