As a person who has gunshot PTSD, this doesn’t feel like a safe place to be when the company doesn’t stand up for its paying customers. A video is going around of an aggravated man brandishing a weapon and using racial slurs at this location. Definitely not something one would want around their children or themselves. They didn’t call the police or respond in a manner in which makes the community feel like safety is a priority on their property.

Excellent service 💯 Knox was the young man who took our order; he was polite, helpful, courteous and friendly. The restaurant was clean as well as the bathroom. Our food was delicious and delivered to our table hot. Very pleasant late lunch after a medical appointment.

I placed a pickup order on the app then left to go pick it up and quickly realized I had a flat tire. Called the store & told them what happened asked if they could deliver it instead but she informed me they don’t have drivers after 7, along with that she profusely apologized. I then asked them to cancel it and that I’d just door dash it.
The lady I talked to left a note and gave me a free cookie and I just can’t get over the fact that she went out of her way to do that!! Shoutout to HER! She deserves both sides of her pillow to be cold at night, everytime she curls her hair I hope it works out perfectly, I hope she never stubs her toe💕 I don’t know your name but THANK YOU! Your kindness made my night

As a regular customer of Chic-fil-A here in Henderson, I ordered my lunch in the drive through and discovered that I didn't have my wallet. I could not back out and leave from the line due to cars behind me. Without batting an eye, Phoebe BLESSED me with my food with a smile on her face and said, "God is Good"
